A: No. The following unit will not unlike a fog machine. We highly suggest to isolate the fire alarm in a building before using one.

A: The more expensive tanks are slightly heavier plastic and may contain a floating lid that inhibits oxidation by decreasing the surface area of chemicals in contact with air inside the tank. If your storing developer you want a floating lid.

[7.75 lb] We recently purchased the Chauvet Stadium or AMHAZE unit and this fluid works perfectly; our HVAC system normally depletes our haze really quickly, but running between 15-30% this fluid works great. 5

[7.75 lb] I bought a super cheap Chauvet fog machine and stupidly used the included fog fluid. That fluid produced extremely uneven clouds that dissipated too quickly to be useful. Upon putting this haze fluid in the fog machine and using a blower fan, I got a very nice, even, long-lasting atmosphere without clouds or fast dissipation. A note though, it dissipates faster when the room gets hot. It is water-based so is compatible with water-based fog machines, saving a LOT of money for small-venue usage where a real haze machine would be overkill. 5

[7.75 lb] If this is the fluid your machine uses - It's prefect. We've been using Antari HZL-500 hazer for years. We have not seen any residue on equipment and oil based haze looks so much smoother than water based. We're going to keep using it! 5

[Haze] When I purchased our Chauvet Pro AmHaze ECO I saw where it said that it was great about using little fluid to make a lot of haze. But, using a standard grade haze fluid I was lucky to get 3 hours of use out of a full tank of fluid. This was 5 hours less than Chauvet said it would use. But, when I found the Chauvet Pro Premium Haze Fluid I thought I give it a try & see how much of a difference it made even though it was more expensive. Well, I was absolutely shocked what an improvement it made to the performance of this hazer! Night & day difference. Even though it's more expensive you'll actually save a lot of money because it takes very little fluid to make an amazing & consistent amount of haze. Really made our show stand out better than before! Note, this fluid was designed for the AmHaze series of hazers, so I don't know how it will work with other models. But, if you have an AmHaze, this is the fluid to buy!!! 5
