[Extended] This was My second DS80 printers and was bought to some extent as a backup. I had a problem with it after just a couple of months. DNP paid shipping both ways and fixed the problem promptly at No Charge. They offer to send an exchange refurbished unit next day air but I had them fix mine since it was so new. Their service is good but out of warranty is expensive. My other printer never given a problem in 1 and 1/2 years and is no longer in warranty so I was surprised to have a problem with the new one.

[Extended] Well, I haven't had it very long but it does what you expect it to do. Like all laser printers it will not do quite as good a job with photos as the inkjet photo printers but it still does a great job with the default 4800 CQ resolution.

There are a lot of user interface options. Personally, I just use the webpage interface. It allows you to import and export the settings making it easy to save and restore the settings used for a particular job type.

I had no idea you could get a duplexing color laser printer at this price point. Of course a full set of toner cartridges cost more than the printer so you need to take that into consideration when buying it. I'm not sure how many copies you can get with the cartridges that come with it but I am sure it is a lot less than a standard cartridge. The high capacity bundle which gives 5,500 pages for the color cartridges and 8,000 for the B&W, lists for $829.

It was very easy to unbox and setup. Replacing the toner cartridges is easy. I haven't managed to jam it yet, but it doesn't look like it will be too hard to unjam.

[4-Year ] Bought this to replace an Epson Ecotank printer in the office. Needed faster speed and the ability to handle heavyweight paper stock. The C310 performs flawlessly.
Setup via WiFi was so simple and quick.
