A: I had a top of the line iMac and switched over to the Pro, Well worth the money. The first key is to buy as much memory as you can afford....64GB if possible. Second key is buying the hottest graphics card available....then it domes down to how many cores. More cores handle more threads. Video is nothing but threads of data so more cores is better. I love my Pro and as soon as thy come out with the next generation I will be in line to buy it. This thing is hot hot hot

A: The manufacturer has not published, what the largest size laptop would fit. But they do state it would fit with the latest Macbook Pro computers. That would be both the 13 and 15 inc models.

[6.5 lb] We have 7 TV's on our boat and there is a Tripp Ilte hooked up to each one. Once you set them up the first time there is nothing else to do. The unit seamlessly runs our equipment when switching from shore to generator power w/o interruption. I did need help with one question and the help line solved my question quickly. I would never be without one. 5

[Steel] Bought 4 of these to protect switches and PC's. Worked great for both personal use and customer installs. They have already protected me numerous times during brown outs and electric meter exchanges performed by electric company. 5

[8.845 lb] Really like being able to get information from the unit, as far as load, battery life, run time, etc. Sure is better than having to measure these things yourself, or guessing at it. Have several other SmartPro UPSs and haven't had a problem with any of them. 5

[Steel] My use for this UPS was simple... I needed a constant power source for a light load (FM Tuner) in an outdoor rack. It worked great. When I installed it the outside temp was around 30 degrees (I'm sure the unit was warmer since it had been in the car)... it powered up with no hint of a problem. 5

[6.5 lb] I bought mine a year ago due to constant power brownouts and outages. We do not need a storm to have power problems. this unit is used for a system that hashad many service calls because for this reason. I have not had one single problems or lost any files sicne purchasing this unit 5
