[SFP+ Male] I recently upgraded to an 8Gb/s internet connection, and this switch was the perfect drop-in upgrade to accommodate that. It runs warm but not hot to the touch, indicating decent thermal headroom for those who might be loading it up with more throughput (I only have 3 10Gb/s devices connected to it). I also bought some CAT-7 cabling to upgrade the CAT-6 cable running 100ft to the modem, but haven't found a need to actually install it yet since this seems to work great with the existing cable run. Beyond the product itself, I have to tip my hat to B&H for their consistent speed of service. Up here in Canada we have options for acquiring this kind of gear but even with the exchange rate and import duties, B&H usually beats the price and ships faster by professional courier. Plus, when they say In Stock they mean it! They should open a Canadian warehouse :-) 5

[SFP+ Male] I needed a few 10G SFP+ to RJ45 Adapters for my tp-link 10G router and 10G switches, where a DAC cable couldn't be used. B&H had them in stock, the lowest price, and the fastest shipping. Keep them spaced out and wear gloves when removing, they get a little warm. 5

[SFP+ Male] I had a managed switch and had too many issues, so I went to this one. It was so plug and play, and I get all of my 5gb speed and am ready for 10gb when its available!!! It works grest and see no issues at all! Thanks again!! 5

[SFP+ Male] I use these on my SX3008F v1.20 and my SG3428X v1.30. I didn't need to do anything special in the Omada Controller for any 10GbE links to any device. I also didn't have to do anything special in the settings when linking the SG3428X to an EAP670, even though the latter has a 2.5GbE port. I used a Trendnet PoE adapter, which connects to the module. With these modules plugged into the 10GbE ports on my SX3008F, and with the other ends of the cables going to my ASUS gaming PC motherboard (2.5 GbE) or to my unmanaged Netgear 5-port switch (1GbE), I needed to check Enable for Flow Control in the Omada Controller for the port. 5

[SFP+ Male] I am using only 1 of the adapters in my TL-SX3008F is working out so far (I don't think more than 1 will work in the low powered switch). It is quite hot compared to the DACs and Fiber SFPs. I am using it along with the TL-POE260S PoE+ injector to provide my EAP670 v2 with a 2.5G ethernet connection. The switch doesn't let you choose 2500Mbps on the port because it isn't supported, but it does link at 2500Mbps. 5
