The Intelix USB-WP-H-B Full Speed USB Twisted Pair Wall Plate Extender transmits low speed USB 1.0 and 2.0 signals up to 330.0' (100.5m) and full speed USB 1.0 and 2.0 signals up to 100.0' (30.4m) over twisted pair cabling. The Black Decora insert allows installation in any setting, facilitating a clean and low profile installation. The unit is plug-and-play and hence does not require additional driver software. The extender uses the same USB circuit as the AVO-USB and PMI-A9 for installation flexibility.

[CE, RoHS] B&H description says 25', but this must be for high demand situations, such as video. I connected a mouse with 100' of Cat 6 cable and worked fine. As you can see, very small and requires no external power. 5
