[Black] The challenge was that for zoom tap dance, fitness and jazz classes, there is vocal instruction and music, add to this sounds from tap shoes, w/all happening at the same time. To see the instructor's whole body he/she is usually far from the computer microphone (which is usually minimal at best). Paired with a zoom U-22, this system made a big difference. It works perfectly.

[12 VDC] These work just fine. Have used them in Manhattan for PA use in panel discussions and the like with no problems. This is notable because of all the RF in the air here. I now have 5 of these units, including 4 lavaliers and 1 handheld. They have all worked fine right out of the box. I have not used them at their full maximum spec. range of 300ft, but 75ft has been no problem, even through one wall. Some have commented that their construction seems flimsy, but in my experience they are built well enough, especially considering their performance at a fraction of the price of other brands. And I have seen several wedding bands that use them exclusively. The fact that these are frequency agile is a big plus, as you can mix mikes and base units within their band (units are fixed to either C or D band in the US), and choose from 16 channels per band. Biggest complaint, by far, is that the foam windscreen is easy to lose, so maybe get some extras - they can be found cheaply enough - or find a way to fix the windscreen to the mike. BTW the replacement plug-in mikes are quite inexpensive, and I've used these quite successfully to replace mikes on Shure SLX body packs.

[5.0] Bought this wireless lavalier microphone system for a presentation. It worked exactly as advertised. The sound was clean, clear, and had plenty of volume to spare. As was noted in other reviews, the tie clip comes loose fairly easily, but a small piece of scotch tape worked great. It was a breeze to setup, and extremely simple to use. Our school will be using it for a while.

[8 x 7.9 x 4.3"] We ordered this system along with a Fender Passport Conference System. One of the microphones did not work. We opened it and found one wire to be loose. We called B&H and they immediately replaced the broken microphone. Thank you!

[Black] The ease of use is astouning! We were able to set it up and get it working in less than 5 minutes. Lavalier mics are easy to reposition, head set mics are comfortable, nothing yet has made us want to doc a point/star away.

[12 VDC] All I can say is wow! I didn't know what I was missing until I deployed this solution and made my first test call. Who knew a video call could be this awesome? This takes the benign video conference to a new level in terms of its ability to seamlessly track, frame and capture the entire room. The physical setup is a breeze, and the only cumbersome step was linking the Microsoft Teams account, but certainly not a big deal. It's not inexpensive, but if you want an easy to set up, more professional video conferencing solution without completely breaking the bank, this is the answer!!

[Black] I invested a tremendous amount of time, resources, energy and dollars into finding a solution that would work for our conference room. After a lot of bad choices and, as a result, terrible trials and errors, we landed on the BenQ InstaShow system. The only question I had to answer at that point was, Why didn't we choose this from the beginning? The price point seems high at first but I am confident you will realize the value as soon as you start using it. It is the simplest device I've ever had the pleasure of setting up and the customer service from BenQ is second to none. They are one of the few companies out there who still believe in offering real support from real humans. Their staff members are incredibly kind and helpful. They didn't rest until they knew we were satisfied with our purchase. Since initial purchase, we have already ordered 4 more of the individual buttons for a total of 6. We are also in the process of setting up our second conference space and will be ordering a second complete InstaShow system to use there. You simply cannot go wrong with this system. I cannot recommend it enough.

[5.0] I bought this for use in my local synagogue for speeches/lectures. We were having an issue with the previous mic we had that used bluetooth connection, but this is no longer an issue. This product works great, was easy and quick to set up and we now have no issues with interference! Highly recommend this product!
