The mic is nicely adjustable and the sound is clear when I am listening and background noise is suppressed; caller didn't even notice my other phone ringing across the room. 5

Excellent mic, comfortable foam ear cushions, lightweight comfy headband, very good sound for music or voip. I tested and owned several others and either sold or trashed them. These are keepers. 5
