[1.9 oz / 55 g] Running a Kessler Kwik receiver on top as a quick release system and a wooden camera dovetail clamp below it. You can adjust the height of this baseplate and it comes with 2 aluminum rods and a plastic card to ensure you get the correct lens height for a 15mm LWS setup. The only thing I don't like is the wooden cork pad on the top, that's something you usually only see on really low end/entry level tripod heads. 5

[1.9 oz / 55 g] I used to use a separate NATO rail + 15mm clamp, but now this all integrated into one piece which makes my ZCAM E2 more compact and lighter weight. This is used to mount my follow-focus motor. It also keeps the center of gravity closer to the camera which is easier to balance on a gimbal. The nato rail portion allows me to mount an SSD holder too as my ZCAM E2 can record to SSD. 5
