[0.415 lb] The only parts you need are the table and mount. I agree with others it is a bit over priced but it's a solid design and works well. The critical part is the connector to the stand. They have done a nice job on that. I have this mounted on a light stand for a 14 laptop that feeds a teleprompter. 5

[Black] I have Tether Tools' Jerkstopper but all of them have flaws. They dont actually hold the cable and it's easy to be removed. Yes, seriously. I had no idea why they even make jerkstopper like that. I was very disappointed and it actually ruined several sessions. Recently, Tether Tools announced a new jerkstopper which is Tetherguard and I bought them. Unlike the previous version, it hold the cable very tightly so you dont need to worry about loosen jerkstopper anymore which is good. And the camera holder has to side: both them have magnet but one side has a block so you wont gonna loose by accident. Overall, it's an improved version of jerkstopper and you should buy it instead of jerstopper which is a trash itself. I highly recommend it if you want to hold your tether cable. 5

[Black] Used a few times so far for location shooting. It's light and portable, sets up easily, fits snugly on top of a light stand. Platform is the perfect size for my 15 MacBook Pro. It's nice having the laptop right next to the camera, finally. Only glitch is the tie-down strap covers the magnetic charging port on the left and one of my USB ports on the right. Didn't really need the cupholder, I don't trust keeping a drink right next to my delicate electronics. 5
