Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. What is the internal volume of the lens sack?

A: If the dimensions of the beanbag are 19.5 x 11.5 inches (49.5 x 29.2 cm), then the overall volume is 224.25 cubic inches (1445.4 cubic centimeters). That converts to about 1.0 US gallon, specifically 0.971 gallon (3.675 liters). Anything more accurate than that could be provided by the manufacturer.

Q: 2. Will the large fit the Tamron 70-200mm f/2.8 SP Di VC USD? Physical size of lens is 3.39 x 7.76 inches. Not sure if the 4x8 nature of this case allows for the cinching of the bag.

A: You would best be advised to buy the X-large instead. I have the large unit and I keep a Canon EF 75-300 mm telephoto lens in it. My lens is about 6.75 inches in length, and I have about 1.5 inch left at the top to pull the closure completely closed. Your Tamron lens would be a VERY tight fit; and possibly not have extra room for complete closure. It is possible that if you buy the X-Large unit; you may even have enough height to store the Tamron lens with a lens hood (if you use one) installed. The Canon lens I have stored in my Large bag does not have enough height to allow me to keep the lens hood on it while in the Large bag. I hope this helps you.

Q: 3. How many pounds of rice, beans, etc., are needed to fill up the beanbag?

A: Weight will depend on the material you are using but the LensCoat LenSack Beanbag Camera Support will hold 0.971 gallon (3.675 liters) of the material.

Q: 4. Would this size be appropriate for the Nikkor 70-200 with caps and hood reversed?

A: No the Large Wide Lens Coat Lens Pouch would not be suitable for theNikon AF-S NIKKOR 70-200mm f/2.8E FL ED VR Lens. However, the LensCoat LensPouch (Extra-Large, Black) BH #LELCLPXLB can work. https://bhpho.to/3wVKHOS

Q: 5. Will these fit on the GT3533S tripod?

A: Yes, the LensCoat LegCoat Tripod Leg Protectors (Realtree Max5, 3 Pack) is compatible with the Gitzo GT3533S tripod.

Q: 6. What is the length of cover? I need 9-7/8 so not slide. Also what is inside diameter of cover? I own Manfrotto 055MF4 Tripod which it says it will fit.

A: They are 9 inches in length . Very well made .

Q: 7. Will these fit tight on the gitzo GT3541XLS tripod????

A: Yes, these would have a tight fit on the Gitzo GT3541XLS.

Q: 8. Is the strap long enough to wrap around the lens effectively attaching it so it can be moved with the lens?

A: Generally, the strap in the center of the LensCoat LensSack Beanbag Camera Support would not need to be wrapped around the lens in order to support it. The lens would simply rest on the Beanbag for support. Whether the strap is long enough to wrap around the lens would depend on the lens being used with it.

Q: 9. Will these fit Gitzo GT3543XLS?

A: You will need the Legcoat 316 wraps. You can click on the link below to view; https://bhpho.to/2NnDTD6

Q: 10. Will this fit on the Induro Stealth 4?

A: Yes these will fit the Stealth 4.

[Touch Fastener] Use the product on a Manfrotto 055. It fits perfect and was easy to install. Gives one good grip when carrying to site. Protects from scratches / bumps when in transit. Each leg guard has a included adhesive that attaches the foam to the leg so it will not shift. Cover is quality material perfect fit. I would definitely purchase to protect your investment in your tripod. Product works and is what LegCoat tripod Leg Protectors says it is. Good Job! and thanks.

[Foam, Neoprene] Great protection of your tripod. Plus it adds padding when you need to carry your tripod with camera and lens attached.

[Foam, Neoprene] I love the leg protectors. I use a RRS tripod with a D5 and some long glass in wildlife photography. They protect the legs from scratches as well allow you to carry your gear on your shoulders. They are easy to apply and have already seen some heavy work without issue. Would recommend them to anyone wants superior protection and comfort.

[Touch Fastener] As others have mentioned, this case is made of a rubbery similar material to a wet suit. It has a fabric material on the outside and inside. The Manfrotto 393 gimbal fits snugly but, with care the gimbal fits nicely. You cannot just jamb it in. I agree with others that a shoulder strap would be a good idea. The 393 gimbal, in this bag or or not, is much too large and bulky to fit in a camera bag and there is no provision for strapping this bag to the outside of another bag. It is, however the only bag I have found for the 393 Gimbal.

[Touch Fastener] typical great design by lenscoat. Length and fit is just right for my RRS tripod. Does not move or slip once installed and certainly makes it easier on the shoulder when carrying a heavy pro body and lense. Padding is adequate without overkill. Grips easy and material does not mar or scratch tripod legs.

[Touch Fastener] I use them on a Manfrotto 055MF4 and these leg protectors work fine; the process to place on site is really easy. When sticked on the legs they don't move at all and is possible to remove the covers easly in case you want to wash them. They protect better than Manfrotto's orginal warmers.
