[5x ] This new chair may be a bit to comfortable. My kids have been fighting over it since I first put this together. Putting this chair together was quite straightforward. Everything was packaged well. I did not need any tools, as the only tools needed are the included Allen Keys. I almost got lost trying to figure out which way to attach the tilt mechanism, but it is clearly marked “Front” with an arrow showing which way it goes. Now on to the most important parts. The chair feels very solid with no play or wobble. Even when leaning all the way back (and the chair really leans back) the chair is solidly balanced. The chair swivels and rolls very smoothly. The lift and reclining mechanisms both work flawlessly. I personally like the lumbar pillow and have yet to make up my mind on the head rest pillow (though I seem to keep using it). I really like the way this chair looks. Everything feels to be of high quality. I expect this chair to last a while. All in all, I am very happy with this chair and highly recommend it. [5x ] Thia is a great gaming chair. My son loves it and just about lives in it. He is 6' tall and is very conferable in it for a good period of time. I might have to get another one for my other son and me!

[5x ] If you're on the fence about this chair like I was, I'm here to tell you it was worth every dollar. I'd been using an ergonomic mesh chair from Amazon the last few years but over time I noticed my back hurting more and more and it got to the point where I never wanted to sit at my desk. Fractal cases are the most thoughtfully designed PC cases I've ever used. They're the only brand my fiance or I will use anymore.

While on the website buying their North case, I noticed they had a new chair that looked really nice. I could only find one Youtube video talking about it and no reviews so I was pretty hesitant. It's front and center on their website, yet there doesn't seem to be much chatter about it anywhere online.

I decided to take a chance and bought this chair and wow I'm glad I did! I'm a 5'2 girl and this is the first chair I've owned that I was able to actually adjust to fit me. EVERYTHING can be adjusted. The seat, the head rest, the arms, the tilt tension, the back position can be locked, you can even make it so that the wheels don't spin unless your full weight is in the chair.

I got the Dark Fabric color because I was tired of mesh and it's so comfortable. I can sit at my desk for hours now and my back doesn't hurt at all! The lumbar is super adjustable too. You can change both the height of it, but also the intensity of the lumbar, like how much it pushes into the back of the chair.

Even the wheels on this chair are amazing. They roll SO smoothly. The frame the wheels are on is also some kind of metal. All the materials on this chair are way nicer than expected.

I'll try to remember to update this review after using it for a few months/a year but right now I'm incredibly happy with this purchase! I can't recommend this chair enough if you're looking for something affordable that will keep you comfortable and sitting in a good position.

[5x ] I purchased the COUGAR Armor S Gaming Chair for my wife and she loves it. She is 5'1 and 125 lbs and the chair is a great fit for her and very comfortable. The build quality is what you would expect for a chair in this price range and I am certain it will hold up just as well as my SecretLabs chair has.


I also find the COUGAR Armor S to be quite comfortable as I am 5'7 and a very muscular 185lbs. the width of the bottom cushion is definitely a bonus over the SecretLabs chair as I find it to be a bit narrow for my thicc thighs. Back height of chair and adjust ability of the lumbar support are all well within reason and able to accommodate a wide range of heights for adjustment.


Shipping times for the chair were very reasonable considering COVID and the fact it comes from a third party as I recieved it in less than a week from ordering.

[5x ] This is my first gaming chair and I’m glad it was. It’s very customizable from the recliner to the movable arm rests. The neck pillow even adjusts. Overall great chair, highly recommend
