I was able to update the firmware using the Lenovo Commercial Vantage that came with the P16 Thinkpad. The dock is now attached to two monitors, a USB-C NVME SSD, keyboard, mouse and USC-A to Ethernet adapter for a second Ethernet network. The dock also powers the P16 Thinkpad, which, using Vantage, is set to keep the battery at between 70% and 80% full. 5

[10.9 x 6.4 x 3"] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to make a workstation for my Lenovo X1 Carbon laptop. I selected it primarily so that I could run 3 monitors. This dock has 1 HDMI and 2 display ports. I appreciate the USB and USB-C ports to connect auxiliary devices. At first, I thought the dock was a little large as it is larger than the one I replaced, but the size was OK when I put it in my cable management tray. The cords were long enough to allow plenty of space for my setup and I was able to keep excess neatly wrapped with the original wire tie. I haven't had any issues with it. It has been simply "plug and play" outside of updating any drivers. 5
