A: It will work fine if you also get the DC2 cable.

A: The Cinetics CineMoco Shutter-Release Cable for Canon / Kodak Cameras (3') has a 2.5mm end.

Q: 6. Will the remote fire a continuous burst when triggered via the laser? Or triggered via the button with the accessory IR transceiver?

A: The Pluto has a Burst mode. It is not very good in that the camera may not respond quickly enough to get the burst you want. That being said what there is a way if you only need 2 seconds and your camera has a burst mode. In the settings you can set the Pluto software to a Slow triggering camera which is equivalent to holding down the shutter. Settings are 0, 150ms, 1s, & 2s. If you set it to 2 seconds you will get a 2 second burst at whatever rate your camera is capable of doing. My Canon 7Dmk2 shot 16 exposures in that time using this function.

Q: 7. will this cable work for Vello BG-N21 Battery Grip for Nikon Z 5, Z 6, Z 6 II, Z 7, and Z 7 II Mirrorless Camera?

A: This shutter release cable is not compatible with the Vello BG-N21 battery grip.

Q: 8. Will this work with Hasselblad lunar?

A: No, this will not since this does not have a USB connector. You can use the Sony RM-VPR1 Remote Control with Multi-terminal Cable for Select Sony Cameras and Camcorders B&H # SORMVPR1.

Q: 10. Is the only way to program this device is with a smart phone?

A: It has the ability to function as either a simple infrared remote or it can connect to a smartphone over Bluetooth 4.0 LE for programming and setup of advanced modes. Since it only operates as a simple IR remote without a smartphone, it would be strongly recommended that you get a smartphone too.

[0.1 lb] Although I have only had the Pluto Trigger for a short time, I have found it to be impressive especially for the price. The functions I have tried have worked flawlessly and I look forward to exploring more. Because it is so flexible, it will take some time and experimentation to become thoroughly familiar with the device. At this point, I would recommend it without reservation. 5

[0.1 lb] Been using this trigger to fire off water droplet shots using the laser trigger. It works great and is fun to play with. Lots of other triggers built in too. The app works great and I have using this with a Nikon Z6 with a DC2 cable. The setup allow flexibility. The laser charged quickly and lasts during a long shoot. All in all, a great addition for taking your photos to another level. 5

[3' (0.9m)] I bought this product mostly as a lightening trigger and only owned it for a few weeks. However I am still waiting for a good lightening storm to test that feature. I have used the startrails feature which produced excellent results. The Pluto Trigger has a lot of features and capability and works great with the iPhone. I have not tested it with Android. One of the reasons I chose this product over others is the fact that it could be controlled with your phone and potentially stay more current with software updates as opposed to a physical remote control that would be limited to its current capability. You need to remember to order the right shutter release cable that fits your camera, it's not included with the trigger. Looking forward to trying out many of it's other features in the near future. 5

[3' (0.9m)] Got this, was looking for a lightning trigger specifically, so was looking at the strikefinder 2.0. I was a proud owner of the original strikefinder, so nothing against them by any means, it was a great tool as well that outshines most in lightening. I ended up going with this due to the many other options that it holds, as i dont end up just photographing storms. its such a compact size and I'm excited to see what it can do. 5
