Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. does 82 to 55 include in the box?

A: 82mm filter for 55mm lens is one of the rings included in this kit.

Q: 2. Would these be compatible with a Haida-brand ND filter? Thanks!

A: The Sensei 82mm Step-Up Ring Kit has the same pitch thread size as Haida filters; therefore, you can connect Haida ND filters to any of the Sensei step-up rings.

Q: 3. Hello, Will 62-82mm ring be usable with my 62mm, 18-250 sigma lens and Sioti 100 filter holder? Thank you.

A: Depending on what size the Sioti filter holder system requires on the lens end, if it requires an 82mm filter thread then yes, this ring would make it able to be used on your Sigma 18-250mm.

Q: 4. Would the 49-77 be good for my old Pentax 50mm f2 with a 49mm filter thread? Trying to get all my lenses using 77mm filters and lens caps.

A: it will work for filter and caps if you like , the lens hood would not fit

Q: 5. What is the outside overall diameter of this ring in millimeters? I am trying to adapt this ring to fit a NiSi M75 filter holder, so it needs to fit inside the 85 mm diameter recess of the holder.

A: The outer diameter of the Sensei 77-82mm Step-Up Ring is 84mm. However, I unfortunately cannot confirm if it would be directly compatible for use with the NiSi M75 75mm Filter Holder.

Q: 6. Will this fit a Leica r 70mm thread or is this only for Hasselblad?

A: This is a Bay 70 size. This is a Bayonet type mount. It would not work on a threaded mount.

Q: 7. My step up ring is stuck on my ND filter. Has anyone had this issue? How do I remove it?

A: Your best bet is to use a filter wrench, click the link below to view; https://bhpho.to/327agOs

Q: 8. I have a 77 mm promist filter but I need to adapt it to my 95 mm lenses (28-70mm), is it possible with this adapater?

A: This adapter would not work. You are looking for a step-down adapter instead of a step-up adapter. I do not recommend this though, as it will cause a severe vignette of the image.

Q: 9. Hi, will this fit Hasselblad CF lenses 80 & 120mm?

A: Works great on my 120mm.

Q: 10. Where is it made?

A: This product is made in China.

[Aluminum] Updated my Hasselblad 80mm to a newer 80mm and went from bay 50 to bay 60 so none of my bay 50 will fit anymore. Have purchased all new 72mm filters and attached them to these step up rings. They seem well made but I imagine the first drop will tell the real story. Great price and free shipping with my additional filter order

[Bay 60 to 72 mm] This ring allows use of standard threaded filters on my Hasselblad
80/2.8 lens, and fortunately it is just small enough that I can use both
this and the B60 Lens Hood (also made by FotodioX) at the same time.

[Bay 60 to 72 mm] Solid quality for a mechanical part - for a fraction of the cost of OEM I get something that will unite my top-end filters with the Zeiss, Nikkor or Fuji glass.

[8 mm] good solid aluminum and the threads are well threaded - easy to mount filter on.

[Bay 60 to 72 mm] These adapters will save you a ton of money by allowing you to use common filters on ‘Blad lenses. In some cases, bay filters may not be available in a particular color or shade so these adapters are indespensable. Quality is good enough.

[Aluminum] With this step-up ring You can save money. I use it with B+H and Hoya filters instead with much more expensive Hasselblad filters. No difference.
