A: If the green/orange light tuns on with the adapter is plugged in then is is probably working. The main problem is most likely the wiring in the battery pack itself. The cord that runs from the battery to the camera could have faulty wires. I would recommend taking it to a electronics store to find out exactly what the problem is because they can test it, and if they can't rewire the battery themselves then give Bescor a call. They might fix the problem for free. Well almost free because they will charge for the shipping.
