[Black] Novagrade 40.5mm Digiscoping Adapter worked great on my TG6 camera. I was able to get stunning pictures of the Moon through my various eyepieces. All rings and the adapter were excellent quality. I've spent many night at my telescope taking pictures of the various phases of the Moon. I got picture of Jupiter and 5 of it's moons also. Nice product guys.

[0.525 lb] The adapter fits my Vortex Razor scope, It takes minimal zooming in to eliminate vignetting . This was one of first shots from my backyard (uncropped).

[0.525 lb] The t-mount fits the vortex perfectly. It comes with several adapters for smaller lenses but I didn't need to use any of them. The documentation is a little lacking but I was able to figure it out after a little bit. The Vello T-Mount to Micro Four Thirds adapter screws right to it and now the camera works with the spotting scope.

[0.525 lb] Although I haven't tried it yet, I have used my iPhone at the eyepiece to take lunar photos. So, I wanted something to use to steady the image. I was concerned about the hookup with the eyepieces. I got my 32 Plossl eyepiece out and took the eyecup off. Place the ocular end of the eyepiece against the interface and lightly tighten the keeper threaded end piece. Works perfect. I am not fearing the eyepiece disengaging from the Fonemate . Good product. You must use Televue eyepieces compatible with Dioptrx design. That would be the only downside. Since I have many of these eyepieces actually the hookup between Fonemate and eyepiece is better I think than other designs.

[Black] Good quality lens and easy to use with a tripod. Not too happy with the digiscope. Not sturdy for my liking. Had to purchase DX 1.25- Smartphone Digiscoping Kit at an additional cost. This fits the Samsung S20. It is well made, easy to use and definitely holds the camera in place.

[Black] I bought the Olympus adapter for my Sony A6300 with the 16-50 kit lens after consulting with Novagrade. It is a great solution for digiscoping with my Sony and my Vortex Razor spotting scope! I have tried using the PhoneSkope adapter for my phone and found that I have to monkey around with it too much to be a viable solution for me. So I’m very happy to find that the Novagrade adapter and my A6300 is a quick and surefire solution.�

The adapter screws on to the lens just like a filter does. I leave my UV filter in place. After determining which of the included adapters fits the eyepiece of the spotter it’s an easy process from then on. At first I tried attaching the camera and adapter to the spotter and then turning it on. It had to fight the weight of the camera to complete its start up initiation and lens movements. It didn’t always work. I spoke with the Novagrade folks and they recommended aligning and focusing the spotter and then �powering on the camera and place it on the spotter and securing it. That has worked every single time. You need to adjust the zoom of the lens to eliminate any vieneting of the image. Then frame the shot with the spotter's zoom capabilities. Focus the spotter then the camera. I have made some great images and video through this arrangement. I’m very happy with how easy it is to deploy it and get the first exposure made. I was videoing a group of 120+ elk this morning. Each time I moved to a new location I was able to set the tripod and frame the shot quickly. Highly recommended.
