A: it doesn't attach to the camera body, it attaches to the lens. If you have a stock 18-35MM lens with your T3, than yeah it'll work just fine. I'm not a big fan of this attachment personally. The corners show on the lens way too quickly and it doesn't add much value. I'd save my money towards a wide-angle lens.

A: No...this is made to fit DSLR lenses not point and shoot camera.

Q: 9. I'm using a MagFilter adapter. Will this be too heavy to stay on there? I don't see what the actual lens weight is anywhere - just the package weight.

A: It is approximately 6.16 oz. The Magmod adapter is made to support filters not add on lenses. Magmod does not list the support weight. So there is a good chance it might come off because of the weight.

[1.845 lb] for the price, is great for macro (kind of semi-pro), and wide angle, for a lens kit that's a least a shot more than 50 mm, for no vignetting, otherwise, give it a try, while still available. 5

[82 mm] It does have a vignette type effect when you are zoomed all the way out, the lens frame is shown in view-so you can avoid that by zooming in enough to crop that out or simply cropping it out during post editing for photo or during video editing. The manual states that you need both the macro lens and the wide angle to be attached together for the wide angle lens to be accomplished- but I am curious if I can get a step-down attachment that can it, so I can use the wide angle lens without the macro (which is the lens I believe is causing the vignette). A plus side is if you were to keep the vignette in, it gives the vibe as if you are peering through a keyhole or peephole that are installed in apartment doors to see who is standing outside your home- it all depends on your creative perspective :) 5

[0.43x] Using a stereo photo lens on my DSLR, the 3D attachment produced a very narrow portrait format image. Reviewers recommended the use of an additional wide-angle lens attachment. The Vivitar wide-angle attachment lens does the job. Screwing in perfectly as I would a filter, the attachment produces a clear, undistorted image while still serving the stereo (3D) optics. There is some slight vignetting but well within tolerance. 5
