[120 VAC, 60 Hz] Sturdy build, warms up quickly, puts out plenty of fog. What more do you want?

[1500 W] The hefty price of the SmokeGENIE was cause to pause, but once in hand, after a couple of shoots, it was immediately evident that it was worth every penny. The ability to control the level of Fog or Haze and the ease of use make this a uniquely great tool for this type of session.
The aerosol sprays are great for specific general sessions, but only this tool will do for others where you need a more controlled amount and quality of Fog/Haze.

[Black] Been using this for 3-4 shoots now....really came in clutch for those onlocation indoor shots. Thought I had an issue with the fan, but their CS staff was very responsive via email; turns out I was using the wrong cable for charging the fan (it also uses USB-C 5V). Highly recommended for outdoor stuff

[120 VAC, 60 Hz] This handheld smoke/haze machine was exactly what I was looking for, for Music Videos etc. I am surprised how much smoke output this has! The price is a little steep but the operation and build quality is top notch.

[1500 W] Bought the Magma Prime hazer and 2 gallons of the AEF-4L Hazer fluid in December 2021 and used the machine in a 1000 capacity room for national touring artists and the fluid efficiency was astonishing. I didn't need to buy more for 3 months of use. It's a great price for a gallon of hazer fluid that lasts for hours and hours of constant thick and long lasting haze. With the Magma Prime at 30-65% it fills the room evenly for the whole night. I use it at every venue I work at even outside at the beach I will use 2 for control anywhere the wind blows. The the hazer is made for this fluid. This fluid is made for that hazer. The machines don't get clogged or spit out fluid because it's made to fog at the exact temperature of the Magma Prime's heating element. So this fluid makes the hazer an extraordinary efficient and extremely low maintenance machine. I have had 2 other Lighting Designers and a production manager at 300 capacity club ask me for the info on the hazer and the fluid. So they all went and bought the Magma Prime and we all order the Elation AEF-4L Fluid from B&H because they get it right and they get it to you quickly. BUY THE RECOMMENDED FLUID OF THE HAZER YOU HAVE and this stuff is what makes the Prime a hazer built to last at s great price. You can't go wrong with this combo.

[120 VAC, 60 Hz] We are using this machine for a 90 seat community theatre. This machine uses both regular ice and dry ice.  We have only tried it with regular ice, but it works very well and puts out a lot of fog.  The machine seems to be very sturdy and extremely well made.  The directions are easy and complete.  It does make some noise when generating fog but if the machine is behind some set walls or other items, it dampens the noise to an acceptable level.  If you crank out the fog during scene changes with music, you wouldnt be able to hear it at all from the audience.  Very pleased so far.

[RGBA LED] Great hazer
I am coming for the DF-50, but it seems some unions don't like oil based hazer for some reasons (followed Shane Hurlbut advice in terms of which to choose from, and checked some reviews online)


At the beginning this haze felt it had a strong bad smell, but after a few days you get used to it and I personally feel it less then the one from the DF-50, and it might not stay as long in the air.


It will use much more liquid
All in all happy with the purchase

[1500 W] Have used this for a dozen short films over the last two years and never failed to perform. Output is incredible for the cost and usually runs all day for us without having to refill it.
