A: Though the Aputure LS 600c Pro RGB LED Monolight (V-Mount) is a newer product, when compared to the Aputure Nova P600c RGB LED Light Panel the main difference is in the purpose verse advancement. For example, the Aputure LS 600c Pro RGB LED Monolight (V-Mount) is a COB light which can handle a wide range of accessories to modify light. Whereas, the Aputure Nova P600c RGB LED Light is a panel which by default is designed to prioritize brightness over modification.

[Yes (Included)] I have 4 of these on a network TV series and they are a great lightweight soft source for use behind large diffusion. Half the weight and profile of an s60 on a combo stand and almost as much light output. Recently had a controller fail and after touching base with Aputure, they had a replacement shipped to me free of charge. 5

[Foldable] Approaching the 4 year anniversary of buying this light, shortly after product release. Didn't research it, hadn't heard of it. The sales professional told me about it since sky panels were out of stock. I've had it run for about 8000 hours at this point. No issues. Main applications are broadcast and corporate video, interviews, seminars, and office presentations. It's strong enough to key. Barn doors at all times. Waited over a year for backorder on those but now it's been a couple years since the softbox went back on. After the workday, this light still gets some use for ambience, blue light on plants. Really cool light. Candle/fire in the evening, chilling with friends/family. Matches nicely to led lights with a bowens mount like 300 series aputure, nanlite, etc. Got 3-5 of those on a rack at any given time, depending on what's in the truck. The Nova p300c stays on a c-stand. It's as much an extension of my hands as the main camera/tripod. Another reviewer said it's a Swiss army knife. That's correct. I thought I would get more of this light, and I would, but really have not needed it. My favorite thing about this light is that I never have to think about it. I just carry it by the yoke, no case (sits up flat, solid, heavy enough. May put it on an apple box if I'm worried about the surface/moisture. Throw this in the truck with a good workhorse ENG shoulder cam and solid sticks. C-stand, sandbag. Light modifiers. In and out with one bag. Same tool every time. 5

[4 lb] The beam angle matched with its brightness makes it an amazing tool and slowly becoming one of my most used lights, the green magenta shift control has allowed me to match other fixtures with ease, im at the point where i don't see myself buying any lights that don't offer this feature in the future. Only thing i don't love is that it does not offer protection from the elements making outdoor use questionable.. depending on where you live, they offer a rain hood but its a lot of money for a panel that isn't ip55 certified.. it is heavy and requires a combo stand making it challenging in tight spaces the soft box is great i usually shoot through that into a 8x8 silk for interviews over all im so glad i bought this light just wish it offered weather protection for my uses the case is massive but id argue necessary 5

[Yes] This kit is essential for the Nova. Both the snapgrid and snapbag are easy to put on, robust and lightweight. They also pack up extremely small. The control these tools give you over the light are unmatched. Highly recommend, I should have bought this sooner! 5
