Karaoke enthusiasts in search of a quality, portable system will be thrilled with the Ion Audio Star Power, a self-contained karaoke speaker system with flashing lights, a CD player, Bluetooth, and a handheld wired microphone. Play CDs and CD+Gs from the player or utilize Bluetooth streaming from your favorite portable device. The system features two microphone inputs with echo and Automatic Voice Control, a function that removes the vocals on a multiplex track or split track, when the singer begins singing.

The rear panel includes stereo RCA audio outputs plus a composite (RCA) video output that can connect to a compatible monitor or television to display graphics and lyrics found on CD+G discs. Attentionally, there is a 3.5mm auxiliary input for connecting portable playback devices without Bluetooth. The Star Power is powered by the included power adapter or by eight "C" batteries (not included). The Star Power system ships with a power adapter, microphone, RCA A/V cable, and a CD+G karaoke disc.

[1x Handheld] The Pyle PSBT65A Portable Bluetooth System is amazing. You can use two microphones at once, one wireless and one wired. You can play music or MP3s by selecting from Mini SD card, USB drive, Line In or stream from your Phone by Bluetooth. It can get really loud if you want it to. There is a volume control for the mics and another to balance the music. When you record in saves your voice on the USB or SD card. There are voice prompts when using the Control Center buttons. The written instructions declare a lot of features but some things on the Button Control Center are not mentioned. Hold the Mode switch to turn ON/OF voice prompts. HOLD the record button to start recording or it will just play a recording. Hold the CYCLING (Repeat) button to turn Repeat On/Off. The only sound control I have found is for ECHO, none for Bass and Treble. There may be other features I have not found. Mainly the directions show what features are available but not how to use it. Feels to be solidly built. Looks like the picture here. Non rubber feet. 13 tall. Power supply cable is rather short so you might need to use an extension cord. LED to show charging. I think that this will work perfect for our needs. 5

[3 W RMS ] We are using this in a room that seats about 200 people and it works great, quick to setup and take down. Power cord could be a little longer on the power supply but as it runs fairly long on a full charge not really a game killer. Highly recommend. 5

[Bluetooth] Impressive! I wasn't sure what to think reading the other 5 star reviews as this affordable, small box could be so good. I bought this to use for wedding rehearsals and other small events at our wedding venue so I did not need to bring out the larger system I use for weddings. This unit has great volume with really good sound quality. It is easy to use, has separate volume controls for the connected device and the microphone and allows connections from many other devices. Bluetooth pairing is easy and fast. It worked well with both my cellphone and laptop. Other inputs include a 1/4 microphone jack for a corded microphone, a stereo aux input, and a USB port for a memory stick. I kind of laughed at the wireless microphone when I opened it. A lightweight plastic body (2-AA batteries not included) seemed kind of cheap and some of the AA batteries I tried were a little too long to fit. My mind was changed when I turned it on to test it. Instant connection, great sound quality and I got over 200' of wireless distance in a straight line line of sight with just a few obstructions from bushes. You do need to speak into the mic as it is pretty directional, but no complaints. The speaker utilizes a rechargeable battery. I am not sure of the the battery life and I will update when this is known. The speaker will also operate with the included adapter and has an additional 12V DC input for use with a auto cord or other 12V DC power source. If you are considering a Bluetooth speaker, but want volume, clarity, and bass get this instead. 5
