Lighting designers and event producers looking for a high-quality par fixture that's capable of withstanding the elements will be impressed with the American DJ Encore LP18IP, a heavy-duty IP65 outdoor-rated LED par with a 10° beam angle, well suited for professional indoor and outdoor events. The instrument features eighteen 20W quad (4-in-1 RGBL) LEDs with 64 built-in color macros and includes five dimming curves plus smooth 0 to 100% electronic dimming.

There are five operational modes including Static Color mode, RGBL Dimmer mode, Program mode, Sound Active mode, and DMX Controlled, which offers 6 DMX channel modes. The 4-button LCD display menu allows for easy navigation and programming. The instrument includes 5-pin DMX inputs and outputs as well as a powerCON input and pass-through. The dual-scissor yoke bracket allows fixtures to be hung or set on the ground. The Encore LP18IP ships with a powerCON power cable, a 25° frost filter, and a safety cable.

[7300 Lumens] I'm an educator for a college campus that advises student organizations and make A/V equipment available to them. Easy setup is CRUCIAL for this. This product was out of the box and setup in my office within minutes and was INTUITIVE! I was able to get the sound activated pulsation to work with just the speakers from my computer! I'm ecstatic to see my students having dance parties and performances with this product! 5

[10°] I have used this system only 5 times so far but all 5 times I still am amazed at brightness and quality of the system! I was able to replace 4 of my old par38 four light systems with 2 T-par systems. I place this in the middle between our front monitors for our 5 piece band and shine each light on individual members of the band. Since the stand is black no one seems to mind that's in front of and just off center of the drummer so each member is visible completely. VERY bright and nicely saturated colors. Easy to use remote because I am a lead man and can change from static to sound activated for Hot sections of songs. I will also be using this system for my DJ / Karaoke shows. If you are running a large show or very large venues you probably would need 4 but for small to medium venues 2 parz system does the job nicely. I link them together with a 3 pin DMX cable and 1 remote runs the show! MY ONLY GRIPE IS THE STAND BAGS SUCK BAD, ZIPPER BROKE AND BAG RIPPED ON SECOND GIG! I would advise a heavy duty dual bag no more that 50 and less than 47 LIFE IS EASY! 5

[DMX512] Bought a pair of these this year for my Halloween display. I painted Orange paint on the edges of my sidewalk steps and decided to add to the fun and make the pop. I had the fixture on a 10' vertical pipe straight overhead. Had the UV DMX channel at 30 and you could still see the paint from down the road. I've always been keen to stray from ADJ lighting but these have blown me way. 5

[DMX512] I bought four of these lights, and they and been fantastic so far. Right away they surprised me with how light they are despite their size. This makes handling and mounting them much easier than heavier lights. The focusing ability is super handy and the colour temperature is spot on. The only downside is that the controls and menu system on the back are not very intuitive and will certainly require you to reference the manual. However, this type of light is really meant to be controlled remotely via DMX, so I wouldn't worry much about those controls. Overall, I would recommend these lights without hesitation. 5
