The Lumens LC200 Remote Control Panelfrom Lumens LC200 Remote Control Panelis an optional accessory for the CaptureVision System LC200 media processor that allows you to remotely control basic processor functions. The panel features a US 1-gang form factor to install into a standard wall plate opening, and it can connect to the system from up to 98' away via a Cat 5e cable.

The interface features three macro buttons to control the scene or camera presets, and a stream button controls the system's live streaming function. A USB Type-A input allows you to insert a flash drive to utilize the backup or record function buttons.

Q: 2. Hi, i'd love answers to four questions. Is this an infra red remote control? Does it come with the ir receiver if it is? Is it rs 485? Can it open the on screen menu for a camera?

A: This is a IR remote control. That actually is a picture of our remote that comes with our Lecture Capture LC102 device. Although it will control our PTZ cameras, we have a PTZ remote control that will have more functionality including opening camera controls. I'm going to assume that B&H simply imported the wrong image to go with the description. It doesn't come with a receiver. Not sure of the RS 485 question. Let me know of any other questions. Q: 3. can connect to a switch instead of a router ?

A: Unfortunately, with the nature of this product's workflow, either the Datavideo PTZ or motorized heads connect to a router to operate over a network or to the controller itself over ethernet. Switching between video feeds is done through a dedicated switcher. Page 8 within the manual shows this. https://bit.ly/3A6q16G

Q: 4. To use this with a Pentax 645z, do you have to point it at the back of the camera, or can you use it in front of the camera?

A: The remote is an infrared (IR) device. There is an IR sensor on both the front and the back of the camera, both of which blink a red light when you have set the camera to operate with the remote. Point the remote at the blinking red light.

Q: 5. can the remote panel be set for single press routing, for a shading station?

Q: 6. hi is it compatible with huawei vpc 600?

A: We can only say that the Lumens Remote Control for All PTZ Video Cameras would work with Lumens PTZ cameras. However, If the Huawei VPC 600 is a duplicate camera to the Lumens models the remote supports, it should work.

Q: 7. Can this be connected to a VISLINK RF camera system that is using a SONY PXW-Z750?

A: The Sony RCP-1530 Slim Remote Control Panel (Joystick) would not be compatible with a VISLINK RF system. The Control would need to be connect to a compatible CCU to control the Sony PXW-Z750.

Q: 8. Why doesn't it work if Canon CR-N500 and N300 it has RS422 physical outputs and this controller is compatible with those outputs?

A: NO this will not work with any of the canon products

Q: 9. what PTZ cameras work with this controller?

A: This works with Datavideo cameras like the PTC-140, PTC-150 and PTZ-10T.

[White] Using this on a DJI Phantom 2 controller, I found it a little bit of a fiddle to install - requiring three different Allen keys (3mm, 2.5mm and 1.5mm) which EVERY boy should have in his tool kit. In the same way, every boy should know how to use those keys and, using his eyes (his primary source of knowledge which solve 80% of all mechanical problems) should be able to install this so it works. It's very adaptable and, with the inner hole suitable for mounting this on a DJI controller, it provides adequate room for fingers - I mean, the last time I looked, the controls operate via fingers, not fists - and no, fists are not going to fit, but fingers do. If this is not deemed spacious enough, perhaps the pilots concerned should stick to something which requires whole hands: like digging in the garden or turning on taps. One does not need a wrench - just a bit of simple DIY fun and... think, when you get it right, you'll really impress the neighbours, the wife, the kids, the dogs and, of course, yourself. In addition, attach a monitor like the FlySight Black Pearl which is light enough and excellent enough (wih a compact battery) for FPV use. Of course an 8 television set with huge battery is going to be a problem, but then that has no place in an environment where a smaller monitor is all that is needed. Big may be better in the bedroom, but it's unnecessary here. At $$it's money well, and intelligently, spent. It works very well for me. 5

[White] THE fastest way to shade multicam and it's expandable. I cannot personally stand the joystick-style RCP's, far too coarse and I've seen too many mistakes when the cam counts + + +. This is a lot cleaner and better - and it's universal in terms of camera brand. I can shade multiple brands, PTZ's, etc all on the same controls. Also - they are about to release new functionality to plug a Tangent Ripple into this panel DIRECTLY for 2-dimensional control of L/G/G alongside the iris sliders. Nothing exists like this panel, it's a live-show game changer. 5

[White] I have a teleprompting company. We work on such shows as The CMA MUSIC Awards and CMA Music Fest in Nashville. When no one else around had the gear I needed to create a routing system for 6 different prompter monitors, B&H had exactly what I needed. I got it quickly too. [1 x USB-A] Ok, I just feel bad this thing only had a single 3-star review that was otherwise positive. Of course you need desk space if you're shading multiple cameras. This controller is solidly built and well thought out. The cost is way below what traditional CCUs would run you, not to mention the footprint, and the fact that you get so much control through Ethernet and either SDI or fiber is one of the things I love about the BlackMagic live ecosystem. Highly recommended. 5
