[Yes] Unsure about spending this amount of money for bag but it really compliments the small nature of Leica systems. I am fitting a M11, 28,50 and 75mm lenses and VisoFlex2 in a compact bag. Really happy with ease of closures and soft leather.

[Leica M11] I’ve been using the Oberwerth Q bag for a couple of weeks now, and I’m impressed with its overall quality and design. The leather looks and feels even better in person—extremely soft with a matte black finish that’s understated and stylish. I’ve had a few sprinkles of rain on it, and the water seemed to just bead up.

The bag’s design is simple but very cool. It’s a nice bag to carry around, being both very light and comfortable with an adjustable strap. In terms of capacity, it comfortably holds my Q3, extra memory cards, a couple of batteries, a microfiber cloth, and maybe a few other items. There’s even a little pouch in the outer pocket that’s perfect for an Apple Air Tag.

Accessing gear is easy, and everything is well-organized within the bag. While the padding is minimal, it’s enough to protect my gear from everyday bumps and jostling. One standout feature is the snap hardware on the front, which adds a layer of security—initially, I found it a bit tricky to open, but it’s designed to be safer from potential pickpockets in busy areas.

Though the Oberwerth Q bag is the most expensive I’ve ever owned, I love its look, feel, and water resistance, making it worth it for me.

[Shoulder Strap] A superb walk-around bag in both form and function. The Q2 with handgrip fits perfectly. For added control, I also have a hand strap that likewise fits without issue. (see photos). There is just enough additional space for spare batteries, cards, cell phone, and sunglasses.
Most striking is the leather's quality and feel. Despite initial reticence about the price, no regrets.

[Black / Red] This is the best handgrip for a Leica camera, period. I've used multiple first- and third-party handgrips over the years, and they all had their issues - being too heavy, looking off, blocking access to the battery, and adding too much height to the camera.

This grip is extremely lightweight - the grip itself is plastic, the railing is metal, and the flap is rubber. It doesn't block the USB-C port, and the flap is easy to flip to access the battery and memory card. It even has a built-in Arca mount if you need it.

As Leica lenses are getting a bit heavier recently, I found this grip to be a great addition to my camera. Yes, it's not cheap, but if you bought an M11, you probably aren't very price-sensitive.

[Shoulder Strap] Provides simple access to card/battery and USB, as well as small but effective grip. If this is what you want, and dont mind the price, its perfect.

[2.305 lb] It's a snuggle fit for Q2 with hand grip plus room for misc. stuff. This bag is low key and yet no mistakenly expressing high quality. I tried my other cameras. Sony A7C with small prime lens fits fine, Sony and Nikon with view finder on top don't work. Hasselblad 907X 50C w/ 45mm can go in but hard to take out w/o hand grip. With hand grip, the flip top can close but can't lock. It's a great bag for Leica, but not recommend for other camera brands.

[2.305 lb] This is a quality bag. The leather is very soft but very durable. My
M11-P + 35/1.4 and even my 90/2 Summicron fit just right including a RRS L-bracket. There are small square and rectangular pads which provide support under the lens and the mounted VisoFlex 2. Sufficient room for another 2 lenses and small things. Comfortable to wear when walking around. No problem with the locks. Overall a great bag for the Leica M11 system

[Shoulder Strap] Beautiful bag that fits the Leica Q2 like a glove. It's the perfect size for a walkaround bag that can fit the camera, spare battery and a little extra room for glasses, accessories, etc. The build quality is amazing, and the leather also smells great. Highly recommended!
