This Angler FB-G28 Fabric Grid for FB-28K Softbox (28")from Angler FB-G28 Fabric Grid for FB-28K Softbox (28")measures 28" in diameter and is used to narrow the beam angle of the softbox light output. It also controls light spill and directionality while retaining the soft, diffused quality of light. [Yes] These are very quick to put up and take down and the Bowens ring is solid. Very happy with the purchase. Glad I opted for these over the cheaper boxes with the traditional Speed ring, which are much more frustrating to put up and take down. 5

[10.7 x 4 x 1.4"] B & H Photo was nice enough to include the Fabric Grid when I purchased my Softbox. I could not help notice the MSRP that was charged then credited on the invoice and began to wonder how many actually spend the full amount for this. It is nice and I like it, but not that much. [10.7 x 4 x 1.4"] I've used softboxes from Godox/Aperture and this one from Angler is by far the best in terms of ease of use, construction and durability. The umbrella style is quick, efficient and reduces the chance of bending the rods. The diffusion and grid are easy to setup too, the inner one using velcro as well which is much better than the tiny little clips the other brands use. I also like that the metal dish insert reduces the hotspotting on the softbox 5
