Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Does it provide attachments for a shoulder strap?

A: Mine did not.

Q: 2. Can I padlock this case. I cannot tell from the pictures if there are secure holes for a padlock ?

A: Yes, you can. It's hard to see, but if you look at the second photo (https://bit.ly/3lPHUPY), right by the latch, you can see a hole meant for locks to go through.

Q: 3. Does the HPRC4800 case fit an iMac 27 5K - current size/spec?

A: Based on the dimensions of the current Apple 27 iMac with Retina 5K Display, B&H # APIMMK48259 which are 25.6 x 20.3 x 8.0 , this case will be compatible.

Q: 4. Will this case fit the Sony Alpha Nex-7, 2 lenses (18-55mm and 35mm), and small accessories for the camera (2 batteries, battery charger, lens hood, and USB cable? Or would a larger case be better?

A: Daniel, it would be tight but I think it would fit what you have specified....I made the inserts into my own custom bi-level sections (See Pinterest @kaarky) so that may work for you

Q: 5. How many Avenger 5034 wheeled stands plus boom extensions can this hold?

A: One Avenger 5034 stand would fit in the HPRC 6500 Wheeled Hard Resin Case with Tripod Holder Kit (Black).

Q: 6. is there a possibility to see how this case looks with dividers please?

A: Unfortunately we do not have this in stock to take photos of. Best bet would be to reach out to HPRC customer service for more info at (201) 989-3353 or by email at info@hprcusa.com.

Q: 7. Can a button accordion, size 13.5 x 12.5 x 8 can fit in it?

A: The interior dimensions of the HPRC 3600 Backpack Hard Case with Foam are 18.9 x 13.9 x 7.6", so it can work for your application.

Q: 8. Could I put either a CANON G7xii with some accessories in the case ( battery , blower; things like that) in to this case? They would be place in the landscape mode. Or, can this case hold a NIKON D90 without a battery grip with 18-105 MM lens plus a 85MM 1.8G, plis Can this unit hold a CANON G7Xii with accessories ( extra batteries, blower brush) in the landscape mode- horizontal). Or, if I wanted to, could I place a NIKON D90 with a 18-105 MM attached? I would also have a NIKON 85MM 1.8 G, blower brush; an SB 400 flash in the case+ extra batteries. I might also have a flash bracket with wire in the case. Would this fit ( obviously the G7Xii would not be in the case at the same time) I would purchase the dividers and not the pluck foam. Please advise.?

A: The Pelican 1300 measures internally 9 x 7 x 6". I would recommend placing the items on a table as they would go in the case and measure length, width, height and then comparing it to the measurements of the case to see if it would fit.

Q: 9. Can this case fit multiple tripods? I have a few Manfrotto MVH502A w/ 546b tripods. It would be nice if I could get them all in one haul!

A: No, you would not be able to get multiple Manfrotto MVH502A Fluid Head and 546B Tripod Systems in the HPRC 6300TRIB Wheeled Hard Case. You may be able to place a slim light stand next to the tripod, but multiple 546B Tripods would not be able to fit inside a single case.

Q: 10. Approximately how many Nikon F-mount lenses will fit in this case?

A: It really depends on the lenses you are referring to. I would need to know what you have to determine what will fit.

[Latch] Previously I used lots of Pelican cases but I bought a piece of gear that came with an HPRC case and I've really liked it. The latches are easier to open and close than Pelican cases. They're also a good value.

[Latch] This hard case proved a great buy on a recen trip to Cartagena-Colombia, carrying valuable photo equipment (cameras and lenses) Although it wasn't so clear from the description, the included foam block kit was great because it was divided in two sets of different thicknesses, which allowed me to arrange the equipment in two tiers of small and mid-sized lenses, and two camera bodies. There was additional foam in the case cover and at the very bottom. Besides this, the foam comes pre-cut in half-inch little cubes all the way through except for the surrounding area, so it's just a matter of tracing the shape of a lens or body and twisting these little cubes with the hand to make the spot for each piece of equipment... So simple and effective! On the outside, the case was very sturdy and the handles are definitely very solid. One thing I expected to be better were the wheels, as they're definitely sturdy but weren't so silent after all, but this is just a minor issue anyway. The case has two locations to secure it with (not included) locks. I chose a TSA-approved lock at the airport, since there was nothing specially sturdy/solid-looking at the B&H Photo website (which would've been the logical place for truw one-stop shopping) I didn't test the water-resistance of this case, so I can't comment on that. This is a highly recommended photo equipment case, and the yellow color makes it easy to spot on the luggage conveyor when hurrying-up between flights.

[0.2 lb] Phaseone cases are really expensive. So I thought I would give this one a try to protect my camera and a couple of lenses. It worked like a dream. Being able to customized the foam to fit the gear was great. And, its not black so I can find it in a studio filled with black stuff. After I got it, I ordered another one for my Canon 5D III gear - only yellow. Pardon my iPhone photo.

[0.2 lb] This case was exactly what I wanted. Easy to foam out and shape... tough case... rolls smooth... handles are strong...and easily fits in the overhead compartment on planes. I do not have a single issue with this case. It fits my needs to and from my shoots. I have fit in this case my 5D body, 2 lenses, my speedlight, & 2 strobes... basically all the fragile stuff I want to protect. This case looks great and I recommend this buy.

[Latch] I have yet to put this case through its paces but for the limited time i have used it it's been great. Its the perfect size and the second skin insert really does a great job. Pros: Solid Construction Large Wheels Multiple Handles Cons: Limited second skin configuration options, I would have like a couple more insert sizes

[0.2 lb] Love this brand of case, but this size (the biggest they list as carry on compatible) is just to small for any of my needs especially when you eat up all the needed space for the cubbed foam to do its job. I went with the 2600 and got trkpak dividers, the difference is huge in how much space you have. The 2600 would still fit in overheard (its still smaller then my actual travel luggage. Either way I'd get trekpak dividers for either they are sublime compared to your other options and cost the same as other padded divider options.

[Black] It is my first hard case for my gears instead of getting a backpack. I can put a lot of gears while I dont need to carry it in pain. It's quite cheaper than Pelican case and yet I dont see any differences. Bigger wheels is good too. Trolly is much much better than Pelican case. Dont use Pelican.

What I want to point out is that the bottom part is quite vulnerable if you gonna travel on places which is not flat. Cause it scratched a lot. Also, the trolly is good but if the sand comes in, then it will eventually scratch inside.

Other than that, I really like it.

[Black] This is my second one! Not that my first one needed replacement, I just wanted another one. I carry all my SLR gear on one, and I'm putting together a flash kit in this new one. Light weight, strong and makes a great chair when needed.
