Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Hi, I have the sony 20-70gm2 and 70-200 gm2. They could be fitted in this foam?

A: The Sony FE 24-70mm f/2.8 GM II Lens (Sony E) B&H # SO247028GM2 will fit but the Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS II Lens B&H # SO70200282GM is too large for the foam cutouts.

Q: 2. Will this case accommodate A7iii and the 70-200 f4 tele?

A: I'm sorry, no, the lens it too long and too wide for the cutout.

Q: 3. Will this case fit a Manfrotto 3046 plus fluid head?

A: The 3046 would be around the same dimensions as the interior of this case, so it will be a very tight fit.

Q: 4. Can a button accordion, size 13.5 x 12.5 x 8 can fit in it?

A: The interior dimensions of the HPRC 3600 Backpack Hard Case with Foam are 18.9 x 13.9 x 7.6", so it can work for your application.

Q: 5. The picture looks like it has two internal cases. Is there two or only one? What are the dimensions of the internal case?

A: Yes this case comes with 2 internal cases. Each bag has the following dimensions: Base: 5.12, Length: 44.48, and Height: 6.30.

Q: 6. Does this fit the Extreme SDI version as well? It looks like it is just for the HDMI version.

A: The HPRC Hard-Shell Case for ATEM Mini Extreme & ATEM Mini Extreme ISO (Black) is compatible with the Blackmagic Design ATEM SDI Extreme ISO Switcher.

Q: 7. How deep are the lens sections? Would it fit a telephoto like Canon 70-300 or 70-200?

A: This case is not for your gear. This is custom fit for a mirrorless camera and its small lenses. The interior of the case allows about a 5 high piece of gear. The Canon 70-200mm's are 6.77 to 7.83 in length. They would only fit lying flat. That would defeat the purpose of the custom cut foam.

Q: 8. What Leica M lenses can fit in the cut-outs?

A: After checking both websites, Leica and HPRC do not specify which lenses will fit.

Q: 9. Will this case accommodate an a7rIV and 70-200mm zoom?

A: Hi, you could fit the A7R IV and the 70-200mm lens in this case, but you would need to remove or reconfigure the foam protective insert.

Q: 10. Can I padlock this case. I cannot tell from the pictures if there are secure holes for a padlock ?

A: Yes, you can. It's hard to see, but if you look at the second photo (https://bit.ly/3lPHUPY), right by the latch, you can see a hole meant for locks to go through.

[Handle] It is my first hard case for my gears instead of getting a backpack. I can put a lot of gears while I dont need to carry it in pain. It's quite cheaper than Pelican case and yet I dont see any differences. Bigger wheels is good too. Trolly is much much better than Pelican case. Dont use Pelican.

What I want to point out is that the bottom part is quite vulnerable if you gonna travel on places which is not flat. Cause it scratched a lot. Also, the trolly is good but if the sand comes in, then it will eventually scratch inside.

Other than that, I really like it.

[Handle] An excellent product that money can buy. Very, very tough, indeed. I have two super 8 cameras (Nizo 6080 and Beaulieu) and both of them are expensive, so I needed something to protect my investment. This is the perfect case to house these two cameras or other camera equipment. In addition, this case has wheels which is a plus when I'm waiting in line at the airport or in the city. The wheels are smooth and the handle extends about two feet. I am very pleased with this product.

[Black] I wanted an indestructible wheeled camera case with just enough room for my most essential traveling gear so that I could take it onto planes and fit it into an overhead compartment without worrying that anything would get squished. The AMRE 2550 WF hard case with cubed-foam interior by Porta Brace more than fits the bill. In addition to the features already mentioned, it is waterproof and very maneuverable. It was even easy and fun to pull out cones of foam to snug in each piece of equipment, including camera body with lens, a couple of additional lens, and a few filters. I'm going on a trip to the Grand Tetons in August, and I've scheduled a river trip on a 3-person wooden boat. I will feel very confident with this case aboard.

[Latch] This hard case proved a great buy on a recen trip to Cartagena-Colombia, carrying valuable photo equipment (cameras and lenses) Although it wasn't so clear from the description, the included foam block kit was great because it was divided in two sets of different thicknesses, which allowed me to arrange the equipment in two tiers of small and mid-sized lenses, and two camera bodies. There was additional foam in the case cover and at the very bottom. Besides this, the foam comes pre-cut in half-inch little cubes all the way through except for the surrounding area, so it's just a matter of tracing the shape of a lens or body and twisting these little cubes with the hand to make the spot for each piece of equipment... So simple and effective! On the outside, the case was very sturdy and the handles are definitely very solid. One thing I expected to be better were the wheels, as they're definitely sturdy but weren't so silent after all, but this is just a minor issue anyway. The case has two locations to secure it with (not included) locks. I chose a TSA-approved lock at the airport, since there was nothing specially sturdy/solid-looking at the B&H Photo website (which would've been the logical place for truw one-stop shopping) I didn't test the water-resistance of this case, so I can't comment on that. This is a highly recommended photo equipment case, and the yellow color makes it easy to spot on the luggage conveyor when hurrying-up between flights.

[Handle] This case holds our Camera, media, and batteries. Large enough to store a good amount of gear and small enough to travel light. I have had other cases from HPRC and they hold up great in everyday use. If I had to find an issue with the 2550 it would be that the plastic SEEMS to be flimsy on the top because of a small amount of flexibility. So far no issues have risen from this though.

[Black] It was easy to fit 2 video cameras and audio gear into the case and cut out the foam. Now it is easy to pack up and get on the flights and find my gear instead of a back pack.

[Yes] Love this brand of case, but this size (the biggest they list as carry on compatible) is just to small for any of my needs especially when you eat up all the needed space for the cubbed foam to do its job. I went with the 2600 and got trkpak dividers, the difference is huge in how much space you have. The 2600 would still fit in overheard (its still smaller then my actual travel luggage. Either way I'd get trekpak dividers for either they are sublime compared to your other options and cost the same as other padded divider options.
