The ATN X-Sound Electronic Hearing Protector Ear Muffsfrom ATN X-Sound Electronic Hearing Protector Ear Muffsprotect your hearing from damaging loud noise when at the range and allow you to wireless stream audio via Bluetooth, all without compromising on comfort. A combination of sound-dampening construction and a sound-activated compression circuit with an ultrafast reaction time offers 22+ dB of noise reduction to lower loud sounds to safe levels. Dual control knobs on the left earcup enable separate adjustments to the volume of the surrounding ambient sound and your connected media audio.

The headphones can be paired with your smartphone or other Bluetooth-compatible device to listen to music, podcasts, or answer calls with the two built-in omnidirectional microphones. Using two AAA batteries (available separately), the headphones have a runtime of up to 300 hours thanks to their low power consumption. Their compact, folding design allows them to be easily stored in a bag for on the go. A 3.5mm jack offers additional audio input capabilities.

A: The Sennheiser SoundProtex Hearing Protection Earplugs come with two filters while the Sennheiser SoundProtex Plus Hearing Protection Earplugs come with three filters. Both include a full-block filter for total isolation. The standard SoundProtex comes with the medium filter while the SoundProtex Plus also includes the strong and low filters. The strong filter has an estimated single number rating (SNR) of 20 dB for loud music, motorsports, or power tool use. The medium filter has an estimated SNR of approximately 17 dB for festivals, events, or travelling. The low filter has an SNR of approximately 10 dB for acoustic music, noisy offices, bars, and restaurants. The total block filter provides silence.

A: Although the design of the Sennheiser SoundProtex Plus Hearing Protection Earplugs and the Westone TRU Hearing Protection Earplugs do look similar, there may be differences in the specifications, as well as in the fit.

Q: 8. If I get it with 'mic & remote cable for apple' does it also come with the clear cable for the headphones?Not sure why they don't release a mic control cable in the clear version.

A: SE425-CL comes with fixed clear cable only. The SE425 kits with control cable comes with an additional black control cable (standard one-button is the CBL-M-K, and the 3-button Apple one is the CBL-M+-K-EFS). Both of these Control/Mic cables are available in Black only.

Q: 9. What's the difference between the SE425-CL and the SE425?

A: There are no differences other than the color of the headphones. The SE425 being clear (CL).

Q: 10. Hi ı want bluetooth cable for my se425 if ı will buy rce bt1 model one am ı lose sound quality.

A: You will lose some sound quality when switching over from wired to the Bluetooth adapter. However, you'll gain the convenience of wire free (well to some extend, there will still be a wire joining the two earbuds). I like the Bluetooth option for commuting, cycling, and workouts. If I want to enjoy the sound clarity of my SE425's when traveling or at home I switch back to the wire. If you live a active lifestyle and want the freedom of being unplugged from your mobile devices I would give the Bluetooth adapter a chance.

[Up to 300 Hours] The neckloop lets me listen privately using the T-coil in my hearing aids. I also have an Aluratek ABC01F bluetooth transmitter/receiver that I can hang on the end to convert the neckloop to bluetooth headphones. Works fine. Sound is crisp and clear. 5

[0.87 lb] There are so many gadgets out there, and they don't all do what they say they will. This really does! My grandmother, newly 100 years old, has been listening to books-on-tape/audio books with a headset for years. That is difficult with her hearing aids! Her audiologist told us about this Williams Sound Induction Neckloop and we ordered it that afternoon. She has been delighted. Your audiologist will have to set your hearing aids to stream it, and you do have to get used to turning it on and off on your aids (very simple). You can either hear the book through the neckloop, or you can hear the conversation around you, but not both at the same time. You can easily go back and forth with just a little touch of the button on your hearing aid. I urge you to talk to your specialist and see if she thinks it's worth a try. It certainly was for us. A fine product, Williams! Hearing is beautiful. 5
