A: Unfortunately, we do not have a 220v UPS.

Q: 6. What is the battery life after power is disconnected?

A: There is no simple answer to that question, as it depends on what the load is. It could be 30 minutes or it could be 5 minutes. A small, low power computer with the monitor not on battery might last 30-40 minutes, where a PC with a large power supply, high power video card, 4 hard drives, and three 27 monitors all connected to battery will go pretty fast. If you know the actual power requirements of your connected gear, you can approximate with your own math. If unsure, get a bigger unit.

Q: 7. Can you use a short extender on the outlet on the back of the UPS so that a wider external hard drive plug does not cause you to overlap the outlet beside it?

A: This will work, but the doc's say no extensions. I would imagine the only issue might be in a warranty claim situation - technically a short cable is going to make no difference in performance.

Q: 8. Does it really come with the SNMP card as showed on the picture? Thanks.

A: The CyberPower CP1500PFCLCD PFC Sinewave UPS BH #CYCP1500PFCQ does not come with SNMP card.

Q: 9. can this be mounted underneath my standing desk's tabletop?

A: We do not currently carry a mounting bracket for this UPS, but it may be possible to mount the CyberPower SL700U underneath a desk with hook and loop fasteners or similar hardware.

Q: 10. maximum input it can take when power surge occur?

A sudden gust of wind blew over my tripod and sent my last camera, only 1 year old, crashing to the ground rendering it inoperable. Unfortunately it is too costly to fix nor do I have any insurance on it. It's not only the cost of the camera that I lost but also the investment in time getting to know my camera. In my opinion, it's well worth it to protect my investment. 5

New lenses are expensive, and I don't want to shell out for an unexpected repair after the warranty expires, or worse yet, have to replace it because of an accidental drop or damage. That peace of mind is what makes this type of warranty worth it. I know that for three years I'm good. Expensive, but worth it. 5

The Sony Factory Extended Warranties are an excellent addition to any new VTR or camera purchase. There are no difficult third party hoops to jump through or requirements to satisfy. You simply register the item and the warranty online, and submit a copy of the receipt and warranty with the unit when it's sent in for factory service instead of submitting payment information. All other aspects of the factory repairs remain the same, except that the end user doesn't pay for them! I would highly recommend this purchase to anyone buying new Sony products. 5

I haven't had to use the extended warranty or damage protection yet (knock on wood) but I feel confident having it. I was able to create an online Sony portal to refer back to my coverage and get relevant information. It was easy to set up and at a great price. 5

As my old Pentax cameras have lasted forever and are built like tanks I am not expecting to need this warranty but I purchased it because of the reasonable price and length of the warranty ($50 and for 2 years after the Pentax warranty ends). 5

One of the reason why I purchased the K-70 from B&H was the availability to purchase the Pentax extended warranty (extends it to 3 years) at a reasonable price. B&H has an excellent reputation and being able to purchase the extended Pentax warranty was icing on the cake. 5
