A: We're a programmable keypad, the jog and shuttle have potions that are programmed in the same fashion as our buttons, alhtough I don't have any experience with Hitfilm, if you have a list of keyboard macros to control the software you can program those macros onto the device itself. A: The long answer is that the conflict between Xencelabs Quick Keys and Wacom tablet drivers is a very specific issue which arises due to the limitations of WinTab, an API which can be used with Wacom devices to allow pen input in Windows. This has mainly been an issue in older versions of Photoshop and other Adobe software; modern versions rely instead on Windows Ink, a different API which Xencelabs has stated creates no issues when using both Xencelabs and Wacom devices.
