The AG03MK2 is equipped with a variety of physical controls including a large 60mm fader that helps you shape and manage the audio intuitively and quickly. The newly added mute button allows you to cut your mic input at a moment's notice if the situation demands it. Reverb and muting can be controlled by the optional FC5 footswitch (available separately), freeing your hands for other tasks.

In addition to a microphone input for the condenser microphone of your choice, the AG03MK2 also features a 1/4 inch jack input for connecting a guitar or line instrument, and an upgraded 4-pole mini jack (TRRS) for smartphone input/output capabilities. You can also use the Loopback function to play back the audio signal from a connected USB device to USB streaming output as with previous AG-series mixers.

The AG03MK2 comes equipped with optimized 1-touch compression/EQ and reverb controls to dial in the sound that best suits your style. These tools are processed by the internal DSP chip, so there's no delay, making it particularly valuable for live streaming when real-time accuracy is crucial. And when you want to capture pure, raw recordings through your preferred microphone and edit them later, you have the option to turn off these effects.

As a result of adopting USB-C connectivity and enhanced internal circuitry, the AG03MK2 enjoys a marked improvement in sound quality that will elevate your streaming audio to a more professional level.

AG Controller software allows users to easily and precisely check and configure the DSP audio processing inside the AG03MK2. Offering two modes of operation—Simple and Detail, AG Controller gives users of varying music-production experience detailed management of their audio from any Windows/Mac or iOS device connected to the AG03MK2 via USB.

The sleek, slim, and compact body of the AG03MK2 can be placed on virtually any flat surface. By combining it with the optional BMS-10A adapter (available separately), it can be installed on a microphone stand. It can be connected to a mobile battery (available separately) to configure a minimal mobile streaming station, anywhere. For stable operation of the AG03MK2, a power supply of 5VDC, 900mA or more is required.

The AG03MK2 comes bundled with Cubase AI music production software, as well as WaveLab Cast for audio production and editing. The AG03MK2 is compatible with Rec'n'Share and Cubasis LE applications for iOS devices, which are available free of charge from Yamaha and Steinberg to support and inspire your audio content creation.

Q: 1. Hi, I have Bose s1pro 2 speakers set,can I use with T4s ToneMatch,if can how to connect.pls let me know. Thanks

A: Hi, Visit this forum, https://www.bosepro.community/g/portable/forum/s1-pro

Q: 2. What are the power requirements...where I live it’s 230v-60Hz....?

A: The Bose T4S is powered through the included ToneMatch cable which connects to a Bose L1 or F1 system for digital audio and power. It does not use an external power supply.

Q: 3. Are all 8 input channels stereo?

A: No

Q: 4. Can this be used with programs such as DaVinci resolve (fairlight), Adobe audition, premiere, avid, etc?

A: Yes, the ART USBMix6 Mixer has a built-in USB audio interface that is class-compliant with Mac and Windows operating systems, and it can be used with the included audio software or with your own audio software such as Adobe Audition or Premiere, Avid Pro Tools, or Blackmagic Design DaVinci Resolve.

Q: 5. Can I use the T4s as audio interface with an iPad Pro ?

A: No, the Bose T4S ToneMatch 4-Channel Audio Mixer and USB Interface is not compatible for use with an iOS device like the iPad Pro, but it is compatible for use with Mac and Windows computers.

Q: 6. Is it possible to connect a USB microphone to this unit?

A: The Pyle Pro PAD10MXU is not compatible with USB connection microphones. It is compatible with XLR connection microphones and 1/4'' connection microphones.

Q: 7. Is this mute switch quiet? How noticeable is the mute switch for livestreaming? Also will this pre-amp drive a gain hungry microphone?

A: Yes, the mute switch on the Yamaha AG03MK2 3-Channel Mixer & USB Audio Interface is quiet and can be used to silence the audio while livestreaming. The input gain level for a microphone is most likely not going to be sufficient for a mic that requires a lot of gain. If you have a dynamic microphone that requires high gain, you may need to use a separate booster or preamp to supply the gain needed for your mic.

Q: 8. Does the USB interface have any sort of latency for input/output?

A: There are a lot of variables to consider when measuring overall latency in a DAW setup. All USB interfaces contribute to this latency as well. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not list a specification to know exactly how much. The processing power of computer is a big determining factor, along with the software being used to record as well. Depending on the software, users may adjust the buffer settings to help with the latency. You may expect around 10-20ms overall latency before making any adjustments to the buffer.

Q: 9. Can this with the an ATEM MINI PRO ISO? If so, how do I connect it?

A: The Yamaha AG03MK2 3-Channel Mixer & USB Audio Interface (Black) could be connected to an ATEM MINI PRO ISO using an RCA to 3.5mm cable such as B&H # KOSMYCM2RM06.

Q: 10. When recording as an usb interface, does it give use of all channels or just two?

A: This device can function as a 2 channel usb interface to the computer. In the settings you can specify which sound sources you'd like to send to the pc.

[10 x 8.1 x 4.5"] This is a great mixer, it makes anything sound better without almost any tweak, I tested it with my two Bose S1 Pro speakers, and it sounds amazing, also I tried it with other "bad sounding" Harbinger speakers that were sounded very bad with the harbinger mixer, and it makes a huge difference, it makes the sound shine impressively, every person in the gig was impressed of the good sound it can produce. Also, it helped me a lot by improving my installation/ setup time using the scenes feature.

Missing features would be:
1) to include a Bluetooth channel as the S1 Pro integrated mixer,
2) to be able to recall volume of every channel when saving the scenes.
3) add the xlr/ plug option for the auxiliary inputs
4) allow the user to specify to what channel phantom power will be applied.

[Up to 192 kHz] I bought this interface to use with my laptop for recording my vocals. I did a quick test and everything worked great and sounded great. Highly recommend this mini interface for recording a single instrument or vocals. It's easy to setup as well and the driver installs instantly on windows 7 and windows 10. Includes phantom power.

[10 x 8.1 x 4.5"] I'm a one-man operation doing gigs with just me singing and playing guitar. I use a Bose L-16 speaker and a TC Helicon guitar/voice processor. Before, I'd have to go around to the back of the L-16 to make adjustments. First I bought a Yamaha mixer to go with my Bose L-16. It might have worked fine if I'd worked harder to figure it out, but I didn't. So, later, I splurged on this Bose 4-channel mixer, and I love it. It's small enough to rest on a stand attached to my mic stand and simple enough that even a cave man or I can operate it. I especially love having the mute buttons right in front of me. I also love that I now have a master volume control, which you don't have on the L-16.

Slightly off topic, but I also recently added the Bose S-1 Pro + and the XLR remote. With this, I can plug the remote transmitter into the back of the L-16 and wirelessly send a signal to the L-1, which I can then use as a second speaker pointed at the audience or as a monitor pointed at myself. And since the L-1 is battery-powered, I can put it anywhere without having to worry about cords/cables at all.

[1] Quality hardware, full metal case and connectors. POTs have a good consistent feel. I was already familiar with Audacity so this was another plus. My WIN7Pro laptop detected it and installation was a breeze.

[1] I’ve been using ToneMatch since 2012 and Iam BLESSED with this Product. I use this device so much that I was hoping BOSE would release their next version with more channels and added features. With T8S mixing will be awesome yet compact with KN the move gigs. ToneMatch is so good that I hope Bose will release its 16 Channel or 32 Channel full grade mixer, and best part are the presets that has always made my setup-Olyg & Play so Easy. I’ve literally setup my entire band sound with L1 Conpact and 3 Musicians And 2 singers in less than 20 minutes, just using the presets.

Thank you BOSE.
Best Wishes!

[1] My problem as a guitarist is how to carry less gear (no amp) and produce a sound that will still have that super clean sonic characteristic similar to my mesa, replate, or two-rock, amps. I use a TC Electronic Nova System for all my pedal needs (it is a monster plus Pete Thorn uses it). The Nova can go directly into the ToneMatch as long as I dial in a ToneMatch sound simulation built into the tonematch. (there are some great varieties to color the sonic possibilities (such as: Miked Amp w SM-57)). The tone was gig-worthy but a bit sterile. (no tubes in the chain) The final component, an Effectrode Blackbird pre-amp pedal with a 600 ohm direct out (dead silent). The Blackbird provided the missing piece. With a 3 tube preamp design in a medium-small pedal, it's provides an astounding tube warmth. Guitar-Nova System-Effectrode Blackbird-Bose ToneMatch-L1 Model II with B2. Plus much easier to pack to gigs. My band switched from a pro-grade JBL SRX PA with QSC amps to two (2) L1 Model 2 with B2 bass sub units.

[10 x 8.1 x 4.5"] I'm liking my new Bose T8S mixer.

I like:
8 channels (with two aux inputs for a possible 10 inputs.

STEREO! Simply pan where you want a channel to be in the stereo field. Of course, this requires a stereo-capable PA.

Compact size

Intuitive layout and operation. In fact, if you are upgrading from a T1 like me, it operates the same so there's little to no learning curve at all, just more channels.

Note: Be sure and upgrade the firmware before use.
