A: I use it just as a computer keyboard. I do edit video though and have never had any difficulty using this to do so. If you are asking if it is tailored to video editing, I would say no. But it has worked flawlessly with my computer which is in the same room about 15' away.

A: macOS will recognize just about any keyboard and will ask you to map out some of the keys but keep in mind, you will not have Mac commands printer on the keyboard and you will not be able to use any of the logitech software to change settings which is less than ideal.
