Power your professional V-mount cameras such as the RED WEAPON or ARRI ALEXA Mini along with other professional devices with this IDX DUO-C150P 145Wh V-Mount Battery High-Load Li-Ionfrom IDX System Technology. Featuring a V-mount, the compact battery is only 2.3" thick, but packs a large 145Wh, 9.9Ah capacity, providing 14.5V to your gear with a 14A maximum draw. It is well suited for digital cinema cameras and camera stabilizer systems where long runtimes are required, and its battery data information displays in most cameras' viewfinders.

The DUO-C150P can output power via its V-mount, two D-Tap outputs, and USB Type-C port. One of the D-Tap ports is an Advanced port that can also be used to charge the battery with an optional D-Tap charger such as the UC-PD1. The USB Type-C is also a PD Fast Charging input that allows you to fast-charge the battery using up to 60W.

Designed with battery circuit protection against overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, and exposure to high temperatures, it protects your battery from the rigors of production. A 5-LED battery life indicator on its side provides a quick visual indication of the charge state of your battery, and its housing is designed with antimicrobial, antiviral materials.

A: Generally, batteries can be charged by other brand chargers. Going even further from design intents and doing it by the D-Tap probably will work. However, this particular combination is unknown and the attendant risks make me have to say that this is not covered by warranty and you do so at your own risk.

[Lithium-Ion] This battery is working perfectly for me. Supports up to 15A continuous draw, which is more than enough for my needs. I'm using it predominately with my lights, and having a strong, powerful battery is very helpful and appreciated. It runs my lights a long time. It's also nice and small considering it provides 148Wh. That is fantastic. This would be perfect for a camera rig too because it will be able to run the camera and accessories for a long time. The build quality of this battery is also very good. It is made of plastic, which I like because it keeps the weight down, and appears well-made and durable. I also like that it has built-in intelligent control circuitry to protect against damage from current or voltage overload, overheating, or short circuits. This should extend the life of the battery and the items plugged into it. As expected, it comes with a d-tap out. This d-tap provides 12V at up to 10 amps which is good. This is helpful in powering a wide variety of accessories (servos, monitors, camera lights etc..). This battery also has a USB-A port that provides a 5V at 1 amp output so it can be used to charge a large variety of accessories or even a phone/tablet. That is a nice addition and comes in handy all the time. I love having a variety of ports. Opens many doors for additional usage and functionality. The battery also has a 5 LED power level indicator, which is always helpful and needed. I only buy v-mount batteries that give power level indicators because it is very annoying not knowing the charge left on a battery, or a way of knowing that it is fully charged or needs charging. To conclude, I am very impressed and happy with this v-mount battery. It is very well-made, powerful, compact, and versatile. It is a nice addition to my kit. [Lithium-Ion] I used to have two classes of battery - one I used in my studio and one that I traveled with. It was a pain because 98 Wh batteries only run my camera rig for a couple of hours. Watson have come up with a great solution of having one battery that can give me plenty of power and be broken apart for travel. Its a really clever way of getting the best of both worlds. [Lithium-Ion] I bought two of these as camera batts for my Sony F5. Depending on the shoot, one batt will last most of the day and I'll often change over to the second one during a break for the last part of the shoot. The little LED lights will show that it's almost out of juice, but the F5 displays the voltage reading and I'll keep using the battery down to about 13.5V The battery seems to have a predictable and steady drain. I've been using them now for about 6 months and no surprises. I love the small profile and light weight. 5

[Lithium-Ion] I bought this battery specifically because it provides enough ports to power my Sony FX3 and all additional accessories when filming for long periods of time. As an added bonus, horizontally it sits at about the same height as my FX3, which makes the camera look more legit altogether! 5

[14.5 VDC] I have an Aputure 300d II, and this battery powers it at full power with no problem. I've only used it for an hour, but the battery didn't even go down one notch in that hour. I will buy another and I'm certain they will last all day. 5
