The DUO-C98P can output power via its V-mount, two D-Tap outputs, and USB Type-C port. The USB Type-C is also a PD Fast Charging input that allows you to fast-charge the battery using up to 60W.

Q: 1. Is there an IDX battery available with a higher maximum load? More than 14amps? We want to power an Aputure 600d.

A: When powering the Aputure 600d, there is a requirement of using a 26 volt battery. IDX doesn't make a 26V option, however you can use the Nanlite 14.8V / 26V V-Mount Battery Adapter (NAMP150BA ) on a standard 14.8V battery or go with an option like the Fxlion BP-7S270 26V 270Wh Lithium-Ion Battery (V-Mount) (FXBP7S270 ) in powering the light.

Q: 2. Are these airline safe?

A: It is not so much are they safe as are they allowed on the plane in either checked or carry on. The TSA allows 100Wh (or less) batteries in checked and carry on. Q: 3. It has a D-Tap power right? Description says P

A: Yes is it. A D-Tap and P-Tap are the same connection, just with a different name.

Q: 4. Can this charger also work with other brands of v-mount batteries? Such as the Core SWX Nano V-Mount?

A: It may work with some other brands of v-mount batteries, but we recommend using a charger built for the brand of v-mount you're using. For Core SWX Nano V-Mount's, the Core SWX GPM-X2S Mini Dual Travel Battery Charger (BH #COGPMX2S) is a great option.

Q: 5. will a Pro-X XC-2LSD charger work with this battery?

A: Yes it will work but it is best to match batteries with chargers from the same manufacturer. if you mix and match brands sometimes you run into glitches such as the charger stopping mid charge.

Q: 6. I wanted to know if this battery is compatible with the JVC GY 110U camcorder? I brought a V-mount extension due to the camera's battery does not hold a lot of power.

A: The batteries will work but it depends on the V mount extension and it's output. You need to get the 14.8 volts of the batteries down to the camera's specification of 7.9v. Either that is built into the connection to the camera or you will have to use a 7.9 d-tap on the V mount extension to a dummy battery into the camera.

Q: 7. Can anyone using the Litepanels Astra bi color chime in on this battery on it? I have a the Astra and find it shuts down quite soon. Would love to hear other experiences. thanks!

A: The D150 works great for my (original) Astra Bi-Color. Maybe about 90 minutes of run time at high power.
