This zinc-plated K&M 21927 Thread Adapter for Audio Equipmentfeatures an M20 male threaded stud on one side of the adapter and a 3/8"-16 male threaded stud on the other side. It is designed to equip select K&M microphone stands with accessories requiring 3/8"-16 mounting support.

[3/8"-16 Male] What can I say that you don't already know? This key-ring is a RODE! In a very convenient package, it has all the threads that you can need for your mics. I wish they create a black version, though. 5

[2.2 x 1.9 x 1"] I purchased a few of these at the same time I purchased some magic arms that have 2 male ends each, and these worked to interconnect them perfectly to extend a tripod mount on my vehicle’s dashboard so that my iPhone mount can be placed away from the hot dashboard while navigating and driving in the hot CA summer. No more overheating iPhone, if I can imagine it, B&H probably has it. 5

[3/8"-16 Male] I paired three of these with a Manfrotto 154 triple microphone holder/bar, to attach 3/8 threaded microphone clips (Rycote brand). They are much more compact than the studs that come with the 154 and the thread is nice and long. The actual machining/construction itself appears very high quality. Overall it gives a much cleaner looking setup with a mic clip installed. 5
