[Nylon] I have gone through several tripods of high quality that are way more expensive. This one oozes solid and sturdy craftsmanship at a much lower price point. It has a nice balance of weight, portability and the sturdiness if it is a bit windy. To be sure, the generously spaced hook below the base lets you add weight. The base itself can be leveled very smoothly, somewhat independent to the tripod legs itself. To top it off: As contrary to competitor tripots, a carry on sleeve of highest quality is also included. Bravo Benro! 5

[Nylon] Took a chance as this is the most I have ever paid for sunglasses and these did NOT disappoint!! I have ultra sensitive eyes and these are amazing. Wore them out for a shoot and the glare cut, combined with the clarity, was worth the money. I also didn't have a headache when I was done!! The build quality is also equal to the price. Highly recommend these..... Side note: I am only using for outdoor shooting, not everyday wear. 5

[Amber GBLF 65] I finally upgraded my tripod and I am loving the benro tortoise. It’s the perfect hight with no center post. The adjustable head mount allows for quick leveling. The tripod is surprisingly sturdy for how light it is and the hook is useful for added weight but not always needed. Very well built! 5

[Nylon] Simply put this tripod is extremely well built. Very light and versatile. Comes with a built in leveling head. Very smooth leg operation. The leg twist-locks work very well. Fit and finish is second to none! I should also note that the tripod comes with a very nice carrying case and spiked feet. I have used RRS in the past and I gotta say this Benro tripod exceeds any RRS tripod I have used...at a fraction of the cost! 5
