A: This light was designed to work with the Elinchrom Rotolight transmitters. We do not yet have it in stock to test it with third party transmitters. But if it will work with third party triggers you will need a transmitter and receiver that would send and receive the signal and may be limited to 1/200th of a second shutter speed.

A: No, I tried it with a couple of styluses (including the surface smart stylus) -- it's capacitive touch so it requires a finger to operate.
