A: This can be used by any camera. I adapted mine by placing a quick release plate on the rig and a quick release plate on the bottom of the rig which mounts to my tripod. Makes connections much easier. Rig is very customizable to your needs.

A: The ALZO Small Riser Platform's height from the working table base to the top edge of the riser is 10" and the working surface is 2" high.

A: a sevenork stabilizer? I think you can. I use it with a stabilizer but I had to add some brackets. It's also has some weight. The cage has handy grips and it is sufficient to shoot just with the rig especially if you are using a DSLR

A: It is a too small in my opinion to use that for the hi light. You need a setup with a longer cross bar. And either way you will need sang bags to prevent it from tipping over.
