Brighten your subjects with this compact gray SmallRig P96 LED Video Light Gray | Compact Lightingfrom simorr. This variable-color LED light features a high CRI of 95+ for accurate color rendering, a 120° beam angle, an adjustable 2700 to 6500K color temperature, and 0 to 100% dimming, and it has a maximum brightness of 1100 lux at 1'.

The simorr P96 features a built-in 2200mAh battery and can be charged using the included USB Type-C to Type-A cable. On the back, the large stepless wheel allows you to change brightness and color temperature settings easily. On a full charge, the light has a battery life of approximately 1.75 hours at maximum brightness and up to 13.5 hours at minimum brightness.

Included with the light is an adjustable shoe adapter that allows you to mount it on a camera shoe mount, and it features a total of three shoe mounts around the sides to mount other optional simorr P96 lights together in a grid.

[4.3 x 4.2 x 2"] I photograph small items. Flowers, seashshells, etc. I have a variety of other small led lights. The Smallrig is focusable and comes with many different gobos which add to the creative possibilities. It also has four switchable colors. The operating instructions do not translate well from the Chinese.There was a bit of a learning curve in getting it to operate properly. I figured it out and am very happy with it. Well built with a sizable battery. No video experience with it. Although, using it within its parameters should give you a satisfactory result. Very affordable too. 5

[2700 to 6500K] You can infinitely vary the temperature of the light by rotating the dial on the back. However, the problem is if you want to precisely dial in the color temperature, you can't because there is no marking to tell you what the setting is. I rather wish it had a set of discrete settings instead like some other brands. Otherwise, it works OK. I just eyeball the temp setting. I know it's not the best way to do it but works for me most of the time. 5

[5 W (Maximum)] These lights are bright and sturdy, and the barn doors and snoots add useful functionality. I was happy to pay considerably less than would have been required for some of the competition. Print and save the descriptions on the B&H product page, as the information is much clearer than the minimal instructions included with the kit. The charging indicator light is on the back side (opposite of where the light shines) - which was unclear in the package information. If you need soft light, make the light source effectively bigger by shining through a large enough scrim or bouncing off a larger white card. 5

[5 W (Maximum)] I have used this light for multiple photo and video shots in low light sessions as a fast addon to be able to see their faces. With color temp blending and brightness control, it offers very control for its price. At full brightness, I get around 2 hours on one color. Charges quickly on USB-C. Has battery level indicators on back which are helpful as well. 5

[5 VDC] These little lights pack a punch. They're designed for small or tight spaces and the kit has all the modifiers I need and then some. Great for small products photography. They're also surprisingly useful if you need some extra light for fine manual work; I used one just yesterday to aid in some jewelry repair. Highly recommended if you need a very small lighting system. 5
