The 6.6' Plugable USB 2.0 Transfer Cable for Windows (6.6')allows you to transfer files and data between two Windows computers. With convenient data transfer over USB 2.0, plug-and-play ease, and point-to-point simplicity and security, you can transfer your important files and data with confidence. Featuring two USB-A 2.0 male connectors and the Prolific PL-25A1 chipset, this cable allows for easy transfer without the storage limitations that come with using discs or drives. Intended for transferring files and folders when upgrading from an older Windows computer to a newer one or for regular transfers, this cable provides unlimited use to transfer what you need, when you need it. Please note, programs cannot be transferred and must be reinstalled from the original discs or installation files.

All needed drivers for Windows XP and later are included in the Bravura Easy Computer Sync software; this adapter is compatible with 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows and active and passive USB extender cables, available separately. Please note, this cable does not support macOS or other operating system, ARM-based Windows devices such as the MS Surface RT, Windows S Mode, or Windows Server editions.

Bravura Easy Computer Sync software is included for easy transferring of important files between two compatible computers; a unique 16-character alphanumeric product key is included for easy installation. The transfer software must be run on each computer connected via the cable, and the same product key will work for both computers.

The Apple Superdrive needs to be connected directly to the computer in order to work properly. If you do not have a computer with USB A, you can use an adapter like the Pearstone USB 3.2 Type-C to USB Type-A Adapter (6"), B&H # PEUSB323CA06.
