Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Can this battery be used in a streamlight ProTac-2l-x flashlight?

A: Yes, this battery can work with the Streamlight Pro-Tac 2LX flashlight.

Q: 2. Is there enough room for a Fuji XT-3 with a prime lens attached 56mm 1.2 and 2 other larger primes 1.4's ?

A: It would most likely fit, would have to check the exact lenses you are referring to, but they won't have their own divider section. The lenses will have to share a divider and when walking the lenses will bump onto each other.

Q: 3. Will a 2016/17 MacBook Pro 13 fit in the tablet compartment?

A: If it has the same dimensions as the V1.0, the MacNook Pro will definitely not fit.

Q: 4. Will a 15 inch MacBook fit ?

A: No, this has room for a 10 inch tablet, not room for a 15 inch laptop.

Q: 5. Does the bag stand up on its own when empty or lightly loaded?

A: The Think Tank Retrospective 7 V 2.0 can stand up on its own when empty or lightly loaded.

Q: 6. "Standard" 18650 dimensions, despite direct charge port?

A: Yes, this battery will still have the 18650 dimension

Q: 7. Does the tripod have to be secured on the back of this or can it be attached to the side also?

A: Ideally the back would be best with this back. The side pocket isn't deep enough for a standard sized tripod nor does it have side straps to lock it from moving around.

Q: 8. Will A Canon 5D Mark Iv gripped fit in ?

A: Yes this would fit a gripped Canon 5D IV just fine either standing up or laying flat.

Q: 9. Can this bag accomodate my Sigma 150-600 with camera attached on?

A: Yes, the camera and lens attached will fit in this bag.

Q: 10. I have a windows surface 4. 8x 11 1/2 x 3/8. I read the specs and it just missed by a bit. Are the specs conservative? Has anyone tried it? Thanks.

A: It will fit 8.5 by 10.5 in the back pocket. I have a 14 inch laptop that I put in the main compartment on top of the gear for travel to South America. Its a great size For travel and hiking.

[0.775 lb] I bought this to replace a lost Surefire Titan Plus. Not quite as slim, but the 4x higher lumen rating, lockable switch, battery indicator, and the USB-C rechargeable battery are great to have. My only quibble so far is that the charging port cover can be hard to open if it has been pushed down into the flashlight body. Otherwise, perfect for me.

[0.775 lb] LED display is easy to read and shows battery level while charging. You can charge 2 batteries at once. Charges multiple size batteries.

[0.775 lb] I just bought 2 of these. Super bright and lightweight enough to not be a burden. Strobe is on demand and instantly and also remembers your last setting when you turn it off and on. Plus side is that you have to remove the battery to charge it, thus not having more opening for water or dust to get in. This cannot be turned on randomly in your pocket, so don't ask for a safety switch. Also to the guy that says that it wont turn on (brand new) you have to remove the protective paper in the battery compartment, charge it and tighten it ALL the way or it won't turn on. Going to buy a spare battery just for backup. You will not regret this purchase.

[3x LED] It does run for about 25 hours, I have tested it (indoors) for about 23 hours and it is still going in fact it seems brighter than the one with a new battery but that can't be. It still can turn to a brighter setting, but not surprisingly it isn't as bright as the one with a new battery (see pictures).

It is fairly easy to operate, just twist on. Once on just twist on/off quickly to increase from 5 lumens to 25 lumens, and repeat to progress to 100 lumens. I find holding by the top and twisting with the bottom hand keeps my hand out of the light so I can see when it is off/on. [Not sure about one handed operation. If you tighten it just before it turns on, I can turn it on between my thumb and finger, with it nested in a fist like grip with my other fingers, with more effort I can turn it so it stays on. I usually unscrew it quite a bit to prevent drain, not sure that helps. But one handed would not be worth the bother, if this is what they mean.]

It can roll off a table it not attached to something, and the hole to attach it to something is very small, I think it comes with a wire ring though to put on it, or those camera straps with a final wire like ending will fit (what I am using right now)

I like the brightness levels and run times , but that varies by use/person. It is a bit bigger and heavier the rechargeable Nitecore I also bought, so by weight anyway a couple of those might beat out this one, or recharging it on a brick. This is about 1 oz with the battery and the Nitecore is 1/3 of an oz so not that much for either.

I have owned this for a couple of weeks so . . .

(I decided to test the runtime after thinking the lumens were not as bright as others but I think I was wrong about that, but I did do the test and took photos after each 5 hours of use, but the comparison at 23 hours (not dead yet) and new is probably the most meaningful)

[3x LED] Im not sure what tech Fenix uses, but this seems far brighter on the max setting than any other light this size I have seen. I like the various methods of turning it on and setting intensity, it is impossible to light it up by mistake and kill your battery. So small and light it is practically unnoticeable as a carry.

[3x LED] This is a good charger that uses USB which means I can charge on the go. It also has a reverse output if you every want to turn your batteries into a powerbank.

[3x LED] So far, the 2 50000mah batteries work great. They do fit my fenix lr35r flashlight. My flash light came with 40000mah, and i was worrying that they do not fit, but they fit perfectly.

[3x LED] I have multiples (5) of these which I have purchased over the past 4 or so years. They charge 123/16340 and 18650 Li (I have not used them for LiFePo cells such as the SureFire 123 batteries however) and IMR 123 batteries nicely. I have used these chargers with Fenix (16340), Olight (IMR 16340) and Surfire (18650) batteries and they have worked well. The display is very helpful for getting a sense of where the batteries are in the charging cycle. This charger does not, to my knowledge recondition batteries. Also, there may be calibration differences among charger or even in one charger itself -- individual charger may read cells' voltages differently including reading them differently in the charger's own left and right channels. This has not been any sort of a problem, as far as I can tell, with the cells I have been charging. Another small niggle is that the input cable fits a bit loosely into the charger.
