[0.185 lb] The adapter accommodates a range of screw-hole distances on a cage so if you have a cage say made by Tilta and a mount made by Small Rig and two are not compatible (as I did) then this solves the issue. The rosette mount is very snug and can of course be angle-adjusted. 5
