This 4.7" CAMVATE Arca-Swiss Quick Release Clamp Baseplate 4.7"from CAMVATE Arca-Swiss Quick Release Clamp Baseplate 4.7"accommodates any 38mm standard Arca-swiss style plate to integrate into your tripod system of choice. Three 3/8"-16 threads along the bottom of the baseplate attach to your tripod and three bushing adapters create 1/4"-20 threads. Q: 10. thanks to mauricio for the answer and sorry to be thick. is there a diagram somewhere that could show me how to attach the bottom of the 2 pieces (receiver for the arca swiss QR plate). seems like i'd have to remove my tripod head and replace it with the receiver part? my tripod is a vanguard 263ap pro+ which has a pan/zoom type tripod head which i would not want to remove. anyone? thanks!

A: You would be able to mount it to the top of your current tripod without having to disassemble anything. You would be able to mount it to the existing 1/4 20 on the tripod using one of the 1/4 20 points on the receiver .

[0.47 lb] I used this to convert a Manfrotto pan tilt head to Arca Swiss. This worked well. It is small, so fits well. It had holes drilled that made it easy to attach to the Manfrotto head. 5

[7.1 oz / 201 g] Nothing too fancy here and it works really well for my purposes. I really appreciate having dual bubble levels, too. Wish they were slightly larger and easier to see, but they're a fast way to check how level the camera/tripod are. Since this doesn't take up a lot of space, it's now a must in my camera bag! 5
