Designed for macro photography, the 5.5" CAMVATE Slide Rail & Quick Release Plate Kit 5.5"from CAMVATE Slide Rail & Quick Release Plate Kit 5.5"allows you to slide your camera forward and backward on a tripod. It features an Arca-type clamp and comes with a compact Arca-type quick release plate with a 1/4"-20 screw for mounting your camera. The tightening knob on the side of the rail features a built-in bubble level for balancing your load and adds another 1.1" to the 5.5" of the rail. There's another bubble level on the rail itself as well as a laser-engraved scale for precision.

A: While we have not physically tested that exact pairing, that plate is specifically designed for VCT style tripod adapters.

A: Benro does not list a 3/8 -16 screw for sale. Here is a 3/8 -16 screw from another manufacturer therefore compatibility is not guaranteed unfortunately. Alan Gordon Enterprises 3/8 -16 Camera Mounting Screw B&H # ALSSCS3816.

[Screw Knob] It's nice when you get a product that just feels good to use! The build feels solid, V- mount feels good coming on and off, and the choice to mount it vertical or horizontal is nice too. I might recommend picking up a longer cable for running power from the side, but besides that super solid product. 5

[1x 1/4"-20 Male] This Camvate plate and clamp are made of metal which is nice. Plate mounts to camera nicely. Also like that it’s pretty wide at 6cm. The plate is solid too and the built in levels are nice. The whole assembly holds my Nikon DSLR and big lens securely. 5
