[2.5 mm] After using only Nikon speedlights for decades, I switched to Godox. And I have zero regrets. They work perfectly for my purposes and I've had no issues. I can't say whether they would suit a pro needing something ultra reliable in a critical situations, but these definitely are incredible for eveybody else. I like the TT685 based on price and because it's easy to find AA batteries anywhere. I keep a stock with me. Others might prefer the lithium battery version. These little flashes have been a game changer for me. Highly recommended. And, of course, B&H service is outstanding.

[Yes] Easy to use, all around flash. Battery life appears to be pretty good, shot a 2-3 hour skate session on a single set of off brand AAs. Works well on camera or off (with wireless controller). Light and easy to throw in the camera bag, included case is great.

[1.175 lb] The main reason I got this was for the built in 2.4ghz radio receiver.I have a pair of older nikon speed lights but sad nikon never built around this technology. Optical line of sight triggers are so passe these days. This adds to my godox ecosystem without carrying additional receivers in the bag.

[-7 to +120°] Godox has been my go-to for years. Good quality and reliable. They offer great value too. I usually shoot manual flash (all previous Godox has been manual ones), but I needed a TTL capable flash for a specific project, so this time I chose the TT685F (Fujifilm). I'm very satisfied, just as I am with the older ones.

[5] As a student in college for film/photo, I have been learning professional photography. Throughout my program, I have been trying hard to learn new things and push myself to be the best I can be.

During my training, I wanted to master flash photography which I found challenging to come up with creative usage since most of the time, I only used the on-board flash (don't do that)

I have since learned how good having an external flash can be! This flash IS NO JOKE! It does a good job and has PLENTY of settings to strive for good imaging.

I have found it uses up battery so much more but I think that is the same for most Flash Devices. To show you what I've done, I will be attaching some of the work I have done since getting this flash.
