Use the 12V Camera Power Gen. 2 Cable from ARRI to connect a RED RANGER MONSTRO camera to your ARTEMIS 2 or TRINITY 2 stabilizer. This 27.6" cable has a 7-pin 2B LEMO connector on one end and a 1B 6-pin LEMO on the other.

A: That is an External R.C.P. WiFi antenna. You are correct, this would be to use Apps with the camera. According to RED the most popular app is FoolControl, which does give you a wide variety of control over the camera.

Q: 3. Could this power the Red Komodo?

A: It should work according to published specs, but we have not tested this particular combination.

Q: 4. Will this power the BMPCC 6K?

A: Yes, this will work with the Pocket 6K as well.

Q: 5. Is there a locking barrel version of this cable?

A: No it will NOT work with the BGH1

Q: 7. Can I shoulder mount this camera? If so is there a fitting package?

A: You can shoulder mount the RED Ranger cameras. The RED DSMC2 shoulder rigs made by SHAPE, CAMVATE, Smallrig, ARRI, Zacuto, Bright Tangerine, etc. are all compatible.

Q: 8. What does "Shimmed PL mount" mean? Can you switch the lens mount to the other lens mounts offered by RED? (Like Nikon and Canon lens mounts.)

A: Shims are meant to correct flange distance with various styles of PL mount lenses, but the RED DIGITAL CINEMA RED RANGER with GEMINI 5K S35 Sensor does not appear to have an interchangeable lens mount currently.

Q: 9. I have a Panasonic eva1 with external or reg. monitor it comes with, can the power the external monitor if I need to with one side going into the monitor the other into the Core SWX NANO-VBR98 which I have?

A: It will not. This is a cable specifically to power the EVA1 itself from a V-Mount or Gold Mount Battery with a D-Tap Accessory Port.

Q: 10. Will this work with the EVA 1?

A: Yes, the SHAPE D-Tap to Regulated 12V Power Cable (22") will support the Panasonic EVA 1. The cable will allow you to power your camera from a larger D-TAP-based power source or a larger battery with D-TAP connectors.

[12 V] Because of the large power capacity the Ronin-S holds, plugging my Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Cam 4K (which drains power like no business) directly into my Ronin-S gives me the most sufficient power option to my camera while using it on the Ronin-S. No need for external power which just adds extra weight and could become cumbersome. 5

[0.2 lb] This cable puts out 12v reliably and fits the proprietary Panasonic center-positive barrel connector. This connector can power the HCX 1500 Camcorder as well, which is what I bought it for. It might work with the HCX 2000 too. 5

[12 V] We are using the BMPCC 4k/Ronin setup for out church services and always had to do a battery change at the worst possible moment in the set. Now the Ronin charges the camera the entire service with a couple of bars left on the Ronin battery. We were looking into a v-mount setup until I found this cable and saved a ton of money and weight on the rig. 5

[0.2 lb] Been through a couple cables now trying to power my FS5 from a V-Mount battery system. This cable seems to work best. The internal fuse is crucial if you want to keep from having a $500.00 Sony repair bill. 5

[8 x 5.1 x 0.8"] A must have for gimbal work. I use this to power my bmpcc6k on my Ronin S. Because of the form factor it is impossible to swap out batteries without having to rebalance the camera on the gimbal. With this cable that is no longer necessary as now the 6K would now be powered from the Ronin! Not much more to say. 5
