[1920 x 1080] This AR headset is a great for remote assistance. I can easily run Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or other apps on it to have a quick start on remote assistance. I use it for my field service team. field tech with the headset can connect with our remote expert, so that the expert can see what the tech is seeing through the headset camera and provide feedback and guidance to him.

[1920 x 1080] There is nothing cooler in the world than the Epson BT-35E. I originally bought the BT-2000 Moverio glasses while in Tokyo last March, and they came with their own android interface, which was a custom version of android that couldn't load key applications like Gmail or Google Maps. It was pretty bland, overall. NOW, the BT-35E are an entirely different paradigm. Connecting these projection glasses directly to a computer is fantastic, and FAR better than the previous generations. These glasses let you see your computer screen at 720p (that's 1280x720 pixels), free from prying eyes, free from a desktop, and free from anything else. You can stick a laptop into your backpack and walk around with these glasses on, using your computer with a computer in front of you. This is incredibly convenient if you were trying to get work done while on the go. We organize events at large convention centers, and we will be able to watch for notifications on the glasses about important issues happening at the convention, and take out a bluetooth keyboard and moue and reply live on the go. People can ask questions, and we can answer them directly while look at our computer screen for answers. The screen is clear, bright even in bright rooms, and these glasses are pretty comfortable to wear for a few hours at once. These glasses already get 5 out of 5. I can only picture a few more updates that could make these better: Wireless connection to the glasses from a computer screen (without a clunky android interface first. and a built in battery. It's a little awkward to have wires running to your head in an era of wireless airbuds and bluetooth headphones. Still, these are fantastic!

[5.485 lb] This is awesome! Its like putting your phone in a case to protect it! It has so many capabilities. People who have Temple arms that break off on the bt-200 model should get this. You got to remove the foam padding then it will be secure perfectly. Its the black padding. Not the white padding on the facepad. The black foam glued in the main pieces. This is awesome.

[.453"] I had the pleasure of reviewing the preproduction version of the BT-35E Smart Glasses. This device is designed to act as a hands-free headset display for HMDI video. It is useful for displaying drone video, capturing video images from microscopes and other specialized medical devices, viewing movies hands-free and numerous other uses.

My interest in the BT-35E is somewhat unique. My neck is fused such that I looked down towards the ground instead of straight ahead. I have been looking for a way to project viewfinder video from an external camera in a hands-free manner. A device that achieved that would work not only for me but for any quadriplegic whose head is fixed at an odd angle. I have tried other devices such as the Vuzix M-100 and the Vufine+. Neither worked well enough to meet my needs.

The BT-35E worked perfectly for me. I used a Garmin VIRB Ultra 30 action camera mounted on a staff. The viewfinder video fed directly into the BT- 35E. The display was crisp, clear, and easy to see. In direct sunlight the image was washed out by the sun, but by using the supplied sunshades I was able to see the image clearly. It allowed me to see directly ahead, courtesy of the video feed from the camera, while allowing my view of the ground and peripheral view to be unobstructed. I tried the BT-35E shopping in a supermarket. The BT-35E allowed me to see what was on shelves above my range of vision clearly and still left my hands free to grasp objects and put them in the shopping cart.

The BT-35E worked extremely well for my needs. I also tried playing movies on the BT 35-E. I used my android Samsung galaxy phone with a USB-C to HMDI adapter and fed that into the BT-35E. Watching movies on the BT-35E was incredible. It was like sitting in home studio, equipped with a huge HD TV.

I would recommend the BT-35E to anyone that has a need to display hands-free video. For myself, now that the BT-35E is being sold by Moverio I intend to purchase one ASAP.

[.453"] Awesome video glasses - includes dark shield (there are actually two safety glass shields included, one clear, one dark). The dark one is handy if you want to watch a movie in a bright environment and want it to be more the the Cinemizer (another product I have) - I used it today with my DJI Inspire drone and it worked great (plugged it into the HDMI out on the DJI controller). Remember this is not the other Moverio 300 that has an android based controller, this unit is just a pair of video glasses that takes any HDMI / USB-C input. You can plug it into anything with the right adaptor- computer, iphone, etc. Im very happy with it!!!
