The ADJ RFC Wireless Remote Control from American DJ is an RF (radio frequency) wireless remote control designed for use with various LED fixtures. The ADJ RFC is capable of turning compatible lights on or off or blacking out, automatically running through built-in programs, program selection, Strobe Effect and controlling the speed of the Auto Run. It can also adjust the flash rate, adjust RGB colors and activate the Sound Active mode. (See specs for a complete compatibility list)

A: If you already own the American DJ VFWR2 Receiver, then yes, the American DJ VFWR Wireless Transmitter for VF1000 Fog Machine would work for your usage needs. If you do not already own the receiver, then I would instead recommend purchasing the kit, the American DJ VFWR2 Wireless Transmitter and Receiver Set for VF1300 and VF1600 Fog Machines, B&H # AMVFWR2, for your usage needs.

Q: 7. I have the ADJ Event Table II, will this work on the tubing which is 1.3mm diameter?

A: Unfortunately, this clamp only works on tubing up to 1" thick. The Global Truss JR CLAMP for F23 and F24 Truss Tubing (Black) works on a maximum tube diameter of 1.37". https://bhpho.to/2TeMgCY

A: The bolt size on this S-Hook is M10.

Q: 9. Is there an app to control the light? If not, seeing the remote uses infrared you should create an app where you can control it from phones that have an inferred blaster. e.g. Samsung Galaxy S4 S4mini S5 S6 LG G3 etc... This would be the best seeing I always lose my remote. Thank You

A: Unfortunately, at this time, there does not appear to be an app from American DJ to allow you control the light from your smartphone. The best I can recommend is to contact the manufacturer with your inquiry, as they may be able to assist you better, or you can simply pass the idea to them (unfortunately, B&H does not manufacture American DJ products and would not be able to develop apps for their products). But these remotes are great and help a ton if you have a small gig and don’t need to DMX the world. You can trigger 4 different effects easily! It’s a Lifesaver for a one man show! 5

[0.155 lb] I have to admit when I purchased this for my ADJ Mega Bar RGBA, I did so with very little confidence and thought it was a bot gimmicky but for the money I wanted to give it a try. Well, I can honestly say it is a superb little remote and works very well. I connected my two Mega Bars together with DMX cable out in the garage and set one on slave with RF off. The other was set with RF on. I walked into the house, through the nook, through the kitchen, into the dining room and to the other side of the house. I then turned my back to the lights so it had to go through 1 fire wall, two internal house walls, a refrigerator and my body. Then with the antenna left down just to test it further, I used the remote and it worked flawlessly. It convinced me it would work well from at least 50 feet away through obstacles... 5

[5.8 x 3 x 0.85"] Loved the idea that this is RF and doesn't need to be in the line of sight to control the Light unit. Other manufacturers are IR and need to see the controller. The lightbar I use it with, is facing my DJ Facade so I couldn't use the others. Great idea ! 5

Enables quick switches between modes and colors which comes in handy when wedding photographer needs to get good pictures of the reception. Never had any problem with its functionality or its range. 5

[5.8 x 3 x 0.85"] This remote is a life saver for me on video shoots when I want to easily modify the light settings, especially after theyve already been mounted. It is great that the remote can simultaneously work with multiple ADJ products at the same time with just one remote- makes things very simple. 5
