[Black] Bought this camera to use while swimming and diving. It is a very hardy camera, great detail and convenience. Still learning the finer details, but the pictures are great.

[Zipper] This was a Xmas present for my husband. We have tried a variety of cameras and have not found the perfect one. I talked to a representative on the phone and this was the camera that we came up with and it is a winner. It takes excellent photos. The underwater feature works great which was one of the selling points. The surprise that we weren't thinking about was the ring lighting and microscopic focus. That has turned out to be one of our favorite features. Love the camera and really appreciate the advise from B&H

[Black] Not a professional, but I do take a great many photos of wildlife including many Insects. I'm still experimenting with the different settings, but am Very Pleased overall. Recently used the microscope setting for an Insect, and it produced a fine shot! Being outdoors for the most part, I like the weather/waterproof qualities of this Camera!

[Black] Not sure what they did but the sharpness and color are much better then the GR I. It also feels smaller and lighter. Love it.

[0.25 lb] Hi Folks. I'm a home inspector and take between 100 and 400 photos a day. In the past I have used exclusively Panasonic Lumix TS25 cameras because they are waterproof and compact and I could by open box models or good used ones for a very reasonable price. I go through at least one camera per year on average. I just wear them out. So Its not easy for me judge this new camera. I bought hoping for quality photos and longevity. Initial impressions: this thing feels big to me. With the case it is bulky on the belt. It might be easier to operate with gloves on than tiny cameras. It appears to take great pictures. It fires off rather quickly. The downside is, I have already had several photos come back blurry because the auto focus did not have time to lock on a target before it fired. This is mildly disappointing. The controls are not entirely intuitive for me yet, especially settings in the menus but I'll get used to it. Perhaps the most disappointing feature is that with home inspections, It needs a slightly wider focal length. Its just hard on the widest angle to capture a room of average size like a bedroom. The best I can get is two walls max. Other than that the thing seems hardy and I hope it lasts. Battery performance has been adequate and comparable to old lumix cameras. I do feel that this camera is overpriced a bit, but B and H had the best price I could find at the time around $300 that included the case and the memory card. Am I happier with this camera than my older Panasonic? Yes, because it's new and the photo quality and light balance is much better.

[Black] The camera works in all weather, records reasonable GPS positions and the battery is good for over 300 photos in a typical 8-hr workday. The ability to maintain a user defined dial setting with lower resolution/pixel level for construction inspection type photos is a big plus. The setting is quick to get to and helps manage large photo/data sets with less memory and processing power needed.

[Black] This is the perfect camera for daily photo shooting because of the compactness of this camera. Every time you go out, you'll never hesitate to bring this with you because it is really light, and the photo quality is on point. Absolutely enjoying photo shooting with this.

[Black] I like to fish, camp, hike and bike in the summer and snowshoe in the winter. I have a great DSLR, but is too big to bring along on some of these ventures. I wanted something small and durable to throw in my boat, a backpack or put in my pocket. Picture quality is good, especially for outdoors. Has many features beyond the Auto mode. This serves my purposes very well.
