The attachment mounts onto the front of your portable servo lens with a 85mm front diameter and magnifies the wide end of your lens by 0.7x. The converter maintains the original f-stop of the lens, does not allow zooming, and focus is possible with the macro lever on the lens. It is compatible with UA18x7.6, HA18x7.6, and ZA17x7.6 model lenses.

Thiss lens should be standard equipment. I tried it and both the wide angle and the macro are great. Very well made, providing a sharp image an a nice wide angle without distortion. Great price too. 5

Yes it's an expensive cable, but for us it's worth it since it allows us to use the Canon ZSD-300D and FPD-400D demands on our CN-E 18-80mm and 70-200mm cine servo lenses. This combo gives us a (relatively) affordable broadcast style setup with large sensor cameras like the Blackmagic Pockets and URSAs. Note that you may need to supply 12v power to these lenses to enable focus control, but it depends on the camera. I found that it works fine without additional power on our Pocket 6K Pro and URSA Broadcast G2 with the native EF mount, but on the Pocket 4K with an EF-MFT adaptor it needed the 12v for the focus to work. 5

Using a stereo photo lens on my DSLR, the 3D attachment produced a very narrow portrait format image. Reviewers recommended the use of an additional wide-angle lens attachment. The Vivitar wide-angle attachment lens does the job. Screwing in perfectly as I would a filter, the attachment produces a clear, undistorted image while still serving the stereo (3D) optics. There is some slight vignetting but well within tolerance. 5

It does have a vignette type effect when you are zoomed all the way out, the lens frame is shown in view-so you can avoid that by zooming in enough to crop that out or simply cropping it out during post editing for photo or during video editing. The manual states that you need both the macro lens and the wide angle to be attached together for the wide angle lens to be accomplished- but I am curious if I can get a step-down attachment that can it, so I can use the wide angle lens without the macro (which is the lens I believe is causing the vignette). A plus side is if you were to keep the vignette in, it gives the vibe as if you are peering through a keyhole or peephole that are installed in apartment doors to see who is standing outside your home- it all depends on your creative perspective :) 5

The Fujinon MK lenses are amazing, but the biggest limiting factor is that you can only mount them on an E mount cam such as the FS7, etc. I picked up a Pocket4k more recently, and it's great to be able to still use my fujinon glass on a the smaller camera for certain shoots. 5

for the price, is great for macro (kind of semi-pro), and wide angle, for a lens kit that's a least a shot more than 50 mm, for no vignetting, otherwise, give it a try, while still available. 5
