The attachment mounts onto the front of your portable servo lens with a 85mm front diameter and magnifies the telephoto end of your lens by 1.5x. The converter maintains the original f-stop of the lens, allows you to zoom normally, and it increases minimum object distance (M.O.D.). It is compatible with UA18x7.6, HA18x7.6, and ZA17x7.6 model lenses.

Im using this on a Fujinon Cabrio 20-120 PL lens and it works great. Interesting thing is that the Acebil box says its made in Japan (not China), yet its less than half the price of the equivalent Fujinon unit. Im curious if its just a rebranded Fujinon part? 5

Yes it's an expensive cable, but for us it's worth it since it allows us to use the Canon ZSD-300D and FPD-400D demands on our CN-E 18-80mm and 70-200mm cine servo lenses. This combo gives us a (relatively) affordable broadcast style setup with large sensor cameras like the Blackmagic Pockets and URSAs. Note that you may need to supply 12v power to these lenses to enable focus control, but it depends on the camera. I found that it works fine without additional power on our Pocket 6K Pro and URSA Broadcast G2 with the native EF mount, but on the Pocket 4K with an EF-MFT adaptor it needed the 12v for the focus to work. 5

The definition it's superbe. You can only compare this lens with Master Primes. And with an adaptor you can convert it from S35 to Large Format. 5
